Stayed Aug 23, 2024The description about the property is misleading . First no ocean view !! The only view was to the pool through the scaffolds that was on every balcony of the resort. Second the balcony was locked and had no access due to the scaffolds of course. Owners did not even know that this was going on at least that what she told me. The resort didn’t have shampoo and conditioners in shower bottles. My keys wasn’t programmed so I got locked out the room..The dirty shower had enough hair to create a Toupee lol. And the toilet had a toilet brush stick out of it and a bottle of winded was in the washing machine. im just saying with the money you spend you expect better!!!

Stayed Aug 31, 2020I enjoyed my stay but be aware that none of the studios at Turtle Cay have balconies. One of the pictures shows a balcony view. I actually asked the listing agent if I could choose a balcony facing the pool. The agent said that those can only be arranged at checkin. At checkin I was told that none of the studios have balconies.
