Studio- Sleep 4,Pool, Parking,5 min walk to Beach -4

Great location, will stay again

So I usually only give good reviews but after all this I figured u should know I paid for a cleaning fee when I booked the room but had several isues. The room was nice &spacious &pool was nice especially having a washer& dryer to use, along with nice big pillows.problems; room was not clean, the floors were dirty, definitely not washed along with the dining table, had to request cleaning supplies. The bathroom had long black hair on the floor & shower, I have no hair. found hair on the kitchen counter. The kitchen had no dish drying towels,had to request that from staff. filled my refrigerator that day i got here came here since herefor 2 wks & get a message from the owner that she wants to defrost the freezer which was frosted heavily.should have been done prior to me arriving so I declined it & cleaned some of the ice out myself. microwave turn table did not work properly &single serve portion on the coffee maker did not work.dishes in the cabinets were not clean& had to hand wash the ones I used. The bath mat was a death trap & I almost slipped & fell on it, does not stick to floor,had to use a beach towel on the floor.usually dont post negative things & being a retired vet, didnt bother me. I asked to stay an extra 2 hrs & told no even though no was stay thr today& that it needed to be cleaned, I watched the cleaning person spend maybe an hour &was gone, reason why place was dirty. notified owner on this site but not her personal email. didn't want someone in my room.

Based upon a Public Hearing sign at property, this location will likely be demolished and replaced with a high rise apartment in the future. Therefore maintenance is minimal.

Great location. Stayed here twice. Old property with minimal maintenance upkeep. Poor and nonexistent communication from property management company. I will not stay here again.

Not a pleasurable process. Could not enter upon arrival. Once we video chatted with host, she was condescending about the whole thing trying to make us feel dumb when the code was wrong the whole time! Kitchen stocked poorly, garbage disposal clogged. Lights didnt work, bed frames broken. Place was falli g apart needing attention. It was frustrating for us. The freezer was so over caked with ice couldnt put food in it. On and on... bad stay over all. Was the only thing left or I wouldnt do it. Caution.

This place was great! It was super close to the beach and a bunch of little restaurants and bars. The place was super clean and there were towels, a TV, kitchenware, etc all available for use. There were even beach towels available. It was just me and one friend and this room was perfect for us! 10/10 would stay here again.

Super cute and great location.

My son was playing is the USAV juniors beach volleyball tournament and this unit is located across the street from the beach/ tournament venue which was very convenient. Very clean and bright, free washer and dryer near our room and a dedicated parking spot was very helpful. Pool hours were limited but not an issue. Property hosts we very responsive, we would stay here again.

Our room and the property was well taken care of. We enjoyed our stay. The owner was very responsive to our needs. Having a free washer and dryer near our room was very helpful. I would stay here again if I return to the area.

Very clean and bright. The whole building (8 units?) was recently purchased to be converted into a VRBO and they are doing a nice job. Met the staff and they were most kind. You can sit on the dock and watch boats or swim in the pool (only until dusk, then it is closed.) Ocean beach within walking distance.
