Studio living, kitchenette, with huge bathroom and double sink. Split unit A/C for good cooling. Steps to secluded beach access, bike rental, bars, popular restaurants and shops.
TV has DirectTV.
Guest access
Guest house is located on property of a single family mid century modern beach house. It includes it's own private walkway and entrance. *please do not bother anyone in the main portion of the house.

Driveway parking is included a few feet from gate and door. Parking is on left side of driveway. If there is a white Jeep there please block it.

Entrance is on the left of the driveway, through white gate, first door on your right.
Other things to note
Can accommodate up to 4 adults and children. Please enquire. We do have a pack n play and sand toys available if you are traveling with little ones.
Parking: if there happens to be a white Jeep parked in driveway please block it. It is ours and we are traveling. TV has directv.

The property is exactly as described. The pictures are accurate. The bed is comfortable and the shower pressure is awesome. We did not go to beach so I cannot comment on that part of the listing. The owners were very easy to communicate with and responsive. It is a good property for 2 adults. We enjoyed our stay.
