The studio has its own outside entrance in the front of the house which leads right into the space you will be staying. There are 2 long term renters, and another 2-bedroom Airbnb upstairs (Two Bedroom on Sixth).



The backyard has one available space for guests to park.

The Space:

Studio on Sixth is a cozy studio with lots of amenities. A full kitchen with refrigerator, full size electric oven, sink, microwave, & coffee maker. A cute kitchen island with seating for two serves as the dining space. The kitchen has all the pots and pans needed to cook in the studio.



In the living room you have a 2.5 seater couch opposite a 43 Roku TV. Next to the living space you have a Queen size bed, a closet, and a changing area with full size mirror.



In the bathroom, there is a newly updated shower.



Studio on Sixth is a non-pet/non-smoking studio. If there is an indication of smoking or pets reported from housekeeping, you will be charged a fee.
