The apartment is just a few kilometers from the sea, surrounded by nature on a hilltop with stunning views from the hills to the coast. To reach Oltremare, there is an 800-meter unpaved road, accessible by most vehicles but not suitable for cars with a low suspension.



Each apartment is about 25 m² and features an open-plan space with a double bed, a sitting area with a sofa bed (one and a half size), a kitchenette, and a separate bathroom. You have a private entrance, yourown outdoor area, and a small garden. The shaded outdoor spaces are equipped for relaxing moments.

Guests of this vacation home enjoy access to shared outdoor amenities, which include a pool (open from June to the end of September) and a garden.

The property is set in a village that offers everyday conveniences, including a bakery, a grocery store, a butcher's, a pharmacy, a bar, and several restaurants. The nearby attractions include scenic beaches and historic cities such as Florence, Siena, Pisa, Bolgheri, Volterra, and San Gimignano.

Pets, smoking, and celebrating events are not allowed. Pets are allowed upon previous request only on the unit Casa Fornelli.
