Hello, I rent a furnished studio very clean and well maintained by me and my wife and the building and quiet and secure in the center of Agdal.
It is close to all shops for shoping and restorations also pubs and cafe.
All types of transport nearby: bus taxi tram and train station 10 minutes
The studio is on the 4th floor well renovated recently
Unfortunately no elevator

Stayed Jan 12, 2026Good (quiet) location less than 30 min walking from Agdal station. The flat has adequate room and the bed is comfortable. For getting around the city, there is a tram stop nearby on Ave de France and petit taxis are easy to find (even when it is raining). Many eating options in the area. For self-catering, Carrefour grocery is 15 min walking. Kitchenette has a two-burner butane cooker but don't plan to cook much because there are only a couple of small pans to use. The flat has no heating or air conditioning but does have a fan. There are plenty of blankets available if the weather is cold. There are only two useable electrical outlets beside the bed, none near the seating area. The table in the seating area is too low for extended laptop work. Lighting is poor in the seating area and kitchen. There is no hot water in the cooking area -- use the kettle to heat dishwashing water. Hot water in the bathroom sink is tepid, the shower has hotter water. Wifi worked well. Despite some inconveniences, a good value for money in the area we wanted. And Jalal was a very helpful host.
