Stayed Jul 13, 2017We booked our vacation using this very listing, and we were greatly disappointed by the misrepresentation of the room. Please be aware of the following: - The bed is a Murphy bed, not a free-standing bed like the one shown. On an unfortunately related note, the Murphy bed folds down over the top of the only couch in the room, meaning that you either have to stow the bed each day or lose the seating space to forgo the hassle. - The dining table is merely a small counter extension with two small barstools. It is not a great arrangement for adults. - Studios are located furthest from the beach in the South tower. Your balcony primarily faces the other tower with a very limited view of the beach. Being so close to the road, you also have added noise during high traffic hours. - There is no jacuzzi in studio units -- just a typical shower/bath combo. - The water slide apparently was removed years ago. The fact that they still market it here tells you much of what you need to know about the Cove. - Finally, all units share a single unreliable Wi-Fi connection, making little conveniences like Netflix impossible. Please do not book these studio units thinking that you are getting a sweetheart deal. You will undoubtedly have a better Ormond Beach experience elsewhere.
