Studio Downtown Wilmington

Kirby was very welcoming and accommodating as a host. Great communication and smooth check in process. The home is cozy, well furnished and pleasant. Kirby even provided restaurant and menu recommendations for us, which were very helpful. The location is great - we easily walked everywhere! We were steps away from Riverwalk, great restaurants, shops and lots of fun things to do!

The location is fabulous and the owner kept us in the loop from start to finish of the trip. It was very comfortable and quiet.

In town for the Ironman. Perfect location. Host was super communicative, both before and during our stay. Place was immaculate and had everything we needed. In the middle of tons of great bars, restaurants, etc. Would absolutely stay here again.

The condo was perfect and exceeded our needs. Parking was convenient and included. The location made it easy to hop around downtown. The host was fabulous with communication prior to and throughout the stay. The host went above and beyond to quickly return a left item. I would 100% recommend and will stay again.

Great location. Perfect for a weekend in Wilmington

Great spot for waterfront access. It was easy to come and go while exploring Wilmington. Also, secluded and peaceful at night when you wanted to relax. Only small drawback was there wasn't much natural light and it made the apartment dark throughout the day. The host was very organized and made sure we were fully accommodated.

I was in town for a 3 day conference. The owner notified early in the day the apt was ready and i could check in when ever I arrived. The room was very clean and quiet. The main attractions are within walking distance. I would recommend this apt to anyone.

We decided to explore Wilmington after a work trip in Durham. The goal was to explore some history and see the ICH. This studio was the perfect launching pad for these activities, and we would stay here again. The unit had everything we needed, it stayed cool, and the bed was comfortable. The location (near the south end of the riverwalk) was a great quiet spot in between some popular areas of Front St/Riverwalk. Checking in and out was very simple, the instructions provided were spot on. We walked all around the historic district, taking in the sites and doing a couple of tours. We also took a full day to explore some of the coast. We drove down to Kure Beach and went to Fort Fisher, had lunch at Sunny Daze on Carolina Beach, and walked the pier at Wrightsville Beach. Great quick trip!

Simple, clean, great location

We loved this property! the studio was perfect size for the two of us and it was comfortable and clean. The location is perfect for exploring the Riverwalk and everything it has to offer. Yet it is also close enough to take short drives to other locations. Plenty of parking .Thanks for accommodating the changes in our itinerary that was much appreciated.

This was the perfect place for our last minute getaway. Very clean and easy to find. Amazing location if you want to be downtown but still enjoy a quiet spot. Kirby was a great host. We will absolutely stay here on our next trip to Wilmington.

We were in town for a wedding this weekend at The Atrium with another event at Pour. This location was perfect for both events! Great coffee shop within walking distance (Maroon Monkey) as well as great restaurants just a short river walk away too. Kirby provided great directions for check in/out and our stay! Very easy to communicate with and super responsive! We will certainly stay again!! Thank you for having us!

Everything was perfect about this stay. Kirby was super attentive to any questions we had and even provided great suggestions on places to go out to eat in the area. The place was clean and comfortable, even the neighbors in the area were pleasant. We planned on being out and about most of the time so this provided us with just enough space to enjoy ourselves. You couldn’t ask for a more convenient location to everything in the downtown Wilmington area. 10/10 recommend and we will be back for sure! Thank you for a great stay!
