Stayed Nov 24, 2024The Spot was perfectly Located not too far from the French Side or Dutch Side but yet far enough to feel away from the congestion of the island.

Stayed Sep 2, 2023Beautiful villa in a great location. Hostess was very helpful and accommodating. Met us at property to show us around and was available 24/7 to assist with questions. Very flexible and allowed us to check out after lunch on our last day so we were able to take advantage of the wonderful beach and surrounding area. Can walk to beach and restaurants too. We would definitely come back again...highly recommend this property and hostess ! Thank you for making our vacation wonderful !

Stayed Feb 5, 2017Perfect for us. Can walk to beach, grocery store and restaurant's in village. Le piment restaurant is very good. Large porch to sit outside in evening. Delphine did great job to make sure everything was ok. We look forward to returning next year

Stayed Dec 31, 1969Fantastic Vacation. Studio was more than expected. 5 minute walk to beach, store, restaurants (bars). Delphine ( owner) was very professional and helpful. The bed was very comfortable, shower large and powerful (something you don't always see), the entire studio was extremely clean. It's hard to call this a studio because of all the covered outdoor spaces. This was the best value we have seen in our 22 years of going to sxm. Delphine has my email and I told her to forward it if reauested.
