Found it hard to find. Lock box hard to use. Otherwise very clean and quaint accommodation. Thoughtful amenities provided. Responsive owner to my questions.

Cute and easy to access. Room cool and dark letting us sleep late which is good on a Labor Day off. Would have liked a source of ice, maybe small ice try in freezer?

Everything was easy breezy. Clean, comfortable and close to the lively downtown venues.

Great place to stay and super clean! Internet did not work for two of the four nights of the stay.

Katie was a gracious host. Provided everything needed for a wonderful stay.

Katie provided good information and was very prompt. The studio was clean and comfortable with everything we needed. It’s a great value and is convenient to many attractions.

The property was perfect. Katie was awesome to work with.

The place is located near a local dance hall we attended. Was just what we needed.

Actual inside of unit was clean and well kept. Neighborhood had many abandoned houses and looked very undesirable. We almost went home.

three issues to address 1. the door..Bob told you how, ck to see if door is square and frame is square, then shim it to open okay 2. take a shower, the hot is Luke warm. 4. at 4:30 to 6 am the neighbors yippy dog barked non stop.

Katie was an amazing host. As a traveling healthcare professional it can become quite difficult at time securing sufficient residency and Katie was both accommodating and pleasant to work with. The set up is amazing, if you appreciate meeting new people from across the country maybe even the world…Yet If you are that kind of person, you may find such an experience to be most pleasant…As I was able to enjoy my personal space while too meeting some amazing neighbors. Mrs. Millie, one of the staff members was also very friendly and just the sweetest. Overall it was a wonderful experience 5 out of 5.
