Stayed Dec 28, 2023The property listing was a little deceptive. There was only one bed and one really uncomfortable futon which was not the full bed that was described. There were no sheets and really uncomfortable. The “kitchen” was a single burner and a microwave. Most of the furniture (except the bed) was in rough shape. The table was wobbly. The bathroom door didn’t shut. The chairs outside were taped together. Location was fantastic however. Just felt it was not like the description and I felt a little scammed

Stayed Jan 12, 2023Great value. I spent 3 nights at this property to meet a group of friends in FLL. It is one small efficiency bedroom and a bathroom. Included 2 parking spot passes, if needed. And great proximity to the beach (with a Starbucks on the way) and a ton of bars and restaurants within a 5 or 10 minute walk. Liza was very professional and thorough in communicating all the necessary processes to get in and out of the unit. While the accommodations are fairly basic... it was perfect for what I needed!
