'Stucky house' delicious suite in the old mill: wi / fi, sat, lift

We had a wonderful stay at this condo. The host was very kind and helpful and responded to any questions immediately. The condo was very clean and spacious. I would absolutely recommend this to anyone visiting the area.

It's a nice clean place. I wish the AC worked better though.

The apartment was immaculate and full of character. Rosina provided the perfect welcome and went over and above to provide helpful local information (particularly as there was a Vaporetto strike). A great location to explore Venice.

This is our second stay at this Vrbo - Rosina welcomed us to the unit and gave clear answers for all of our questions - the unit is spacious and very well equipped- I cook at least one meal a day and was pleased to have a few staples provided-oil, vinegar, salt and coffee

Had a fab 4 day break in Venice, the location of the stucky house apartment was ideal. The apartment is a very short trip by water taxi across the lagoon. It was great to leave the mainland after a days touring to be able to enjoy a restaurant meal on Giudecca island. The apartment was as described, in a quiet complex, very secure, with local amenities, supermarket, restaurants, pharmacy. The apartment was clean, spacious, wifi connected, had impressive air con and was a great relaxing retreat from a day touring. Would highly recommend this apartment if you are visiting venice.

Property manager Rosina is a star. She was always there for us and always helpful. We were three seniors and she had the pull out bed made and ready when we arrived. Location is perfect once you figure out how the vaporetti system works.

Really enjoyed this apartment. It is removed from the chaos of tour boats and day visitors. Evening strolls on Guidecca feel magical. Rosina is fantastic!

The place was beautiful! Very clean and very newly renovated. Rosina was very helpful. Definitely a quiet place compared to the hustle and bustle of Main island of Venice. It’s just a ferry right away. (Called Vaparetto) But you do need to remember that it is a ferry ride every day that you wanna go into Venice. It was just an unexpected extra fee. We were there for four days and paid 90 per person to have unlimited access to the ferry. Other than that, it was a fantastic vacation.

The apartment was a terrific place to stay for our six-night time in Venice. It was clean, comfortable and had all the features as depicted in the listing. We made good use of the washing machine. The nearby Prix grocery store was convenient, although we took most of our primary meals at various cafes, both on Giudecca (we liked the quietness of that island) and in Venice. It was easy to take Vaporetto to the other islands. Mrs. Rosina was an excellent property manager - so friendly and helpful.

We always enjoy our stay in Lucrezia‘s appartment. It is a wonderful place and calm. We will come back next year.

Located in Guidecca, this was a perfect home base for our stay in Venice. We were met by the property manager who gave us keys and a tour of the property. When the elevator was found to need service, Rosina even helped carry our bags. The apartment was set up in anticipation of our arrival with an already made pullout bed and extra towels (we often have to request towels for the third person in our party), and Rosina dropped off extra paper products later in our stay so there was plenty on site. Prior contact with the host was also simple with easy to follow directions. Our favorite stay during our trip.

The property is quiet and beautiful and everything I needed (like adaptor for my laptop) was provided. It was like visited a dear friend who thinks of everything. Close to everything a ferry ride away.

We are very happy we chose this property for many reasons. Very spacious, quiet and secure with everything necessary provided. Reception was excellent even on short notice, thanks Rosina. Vaporetto passes allowed us to go everywhere easily.

Apartment itself is very nice and big but washing machine was out of order, refrigerator froze all our food so badly that we had put everything in the garbage, and since our days was all scheduled with activities before we came to Venice we didn’t have time to do another grocery shopping. The iron also was not working properly and we damaged the clothes. Rest of all was ok .

Loved location just across from Venice once we figured out the vaporetti(water taxis). Quiet area, great local trattorias nearby, easy access to water taxis, good kitchen supplies although we didn’t cook. It was nice to have a relaxing space to spend our evening after busy days out exploring.

The property comes exactly as it shows in the photos, and is actually a little more spacious than it looks. We were granted early check-in which really helped us, and the lady we were dealing with, Rosina, was quick with communicating on WhatsApp and was great to deal with. The only problem with the location is that you have to remember to factor in the cost of a vaporetto pass for each person staying and add that to the cost of the stay to truly get a read on the cost per night for your stay. Also, you have to figure out the vaporetto schedule and try to add that into your daily schedule. It can take you 20 minutes to get to the train station once your vaporetto comes or it can take you 35 minutes depending on which one you take but you don’t really know which one will come first. As long as you don’t have to be anywhere quickly then you don’t have to worry.

Nice manager but I don’t think the listing is completely accurate and there were a few issues like the laundry was broken, toilet was rigged in order to work. I was given an address in an email and it changed in a whatsup message she sent me later, the hot tub is a package you can buy at the spa next door. If the listing was up front, this would be good place to stay. Very clean, full condo, beautiful bathroom etc

Beautifull appartment, clean and well organized, perfect air condition, cool terrazzo floors, cool location

Large but cosy and well equipped appt; good and very quiet location. Easy transfer to airport with the alilaguna. Rosina gave me a very warm and punctual welcome and all the necessary info.1 minus point: the site says that you can use the Hilton swimmingpool( paying) but this isn't so. Rosina has tried invain to persuade the hotel manager? this info should be removed from the site because it creates false expectations.

Excellent property, very clean. Wife stated is a cute apartment and really loved it. When we return to the area, we will definitely try to rent this property again. Rosina was a great host and took care of small problems that arose. This property definitely gets five stars.

We like Lucrezias appartment very much. It is, for us, in the very best area of Venice, in actually the same building as the Molino Stucky Hilton, very comfortable and very quiet. We stayed there last year, this year, and will come back next year again.
