Roomy and peaceful. Loved the atmosphere. Enjoyed the view with morning coffee on the patio.

Had booked and paid almost 4 months in advance. 3 days prior to traveling, I was notified that the host was cancelling my booking because it had been ‘double booked’. Very unprofessional and left me scrambling with flights and car rental already paid for.

We loved this place! Excellent view right out the door. Very clean . Both beds are very comfortable! Kitchen had all the extras to make you feel at home. The host made are Trip very memorable so helpful and kind and help us out on what to go see where to eat and of course all the transportation Ross you made are trip Thank you!

The apartment was wonderful with a very homey feel and decorations. The place was very clean and had an the necessary amenities. Beds and linen were comfortable however the pillows could've been a little firmer but that's just personal preference. There were extra bathroom necessities in case you didn't bring your own. Although, Ross, the host is on-site and you can hear normally daily activities through the walls, it was a pleasant stay and reasonable priced. Would default stay again.

This house was the perfect spot for us! The house is very clean and had plenty of room for the three of us. Beds are comfortable, kitchen is fully stocked, lots of room to spread out in the living area. Beautiful views from the back yard! The location is great too…40 minutes from the airport and short drives to mountain towns. The neighborhood is very quiet and seems safe. Ross is great at communicating details and helpful when needed as well.

This home was perfect for us and our pet. It was very clean, had lots of room and a very well stocked kitchen.I loved the fenced backyard and trails that made it easy to exercise our dog. I really appreciated how clearly laid out the instructions were for using this home and all the work put into providing information on local activities.

Ross was great. We had an amazing time.

This place is WONDERFUL. Stayed for almost a week and it felt like home. We had no complaints. Stunning view, homey feel. It's also quite dog friendly. I notified the host I had a dog and it wasn't an issue. Unfortunately my dog did not come in the end but there were instructions for what to do and even treats should a dog be there. Absolutely lovely! Highly recommended!

My cousins and I had an absolutely delightful 4-night stay at this Arvada property. The quaint details such as french doors, homey decor, charming book selection, fully functional kitchen, very comfortable beds and pillows, fluffy towels, washer and dryer, along with a beautiful private backyard with a patio built around mature grapevines, made our stay something we will never forget. It was the perfect place for our mini family reunion! The view from the backyard looks out onto a lovely greenspace offering such a peaceful, pretty view. The owners were so kind and accommodating but also gave us complete privacy. They allowed us to invite additional relatives to the property one evening, with no complaining when the youngest member of our group, (an overly-tired 2 1/2 year old), got very loud and even ate a couple of the cherry tomatoes growing in the yard. Yikes! If you are looking for accommodations which include adjectives such as spacious, charming, clean, private, roomy, with all the comforts of home, and a cottage feel, you won't be disappointed with your stay here. We will certainly be back!

Loved this property & exactly as it was listed! Property was clean. Beds were comfortable. All the appliances were clean and in working order. I communicated with the owner about an issue I had with the lighting along the walkway to enter the house and by the time we returned from dinner he had already place new lighting along the stone pathway, WOW! Overall, we loved staying here and can strongly recommend this property!

I would not recommend a friend or family member to stay here. The exterior sidewalk or I should say all individual slabs (walking path) are slanted 15 degrees (should have a retaining wall to keep the path level). Made rolling bags to the room extremely difficult. Mold lined the caulking surrounding the bath tub. Silverware was gross in appearance. Interior was extremely cluttered. Interior had multiple locked entrances making for a creepy experience. The owners lived upstairs and you could plainly here them walking across the floor. The curtains in the kitchen (the room separating the main bedroom from the living room) were two inches short along the periphery along the table edge butting against the windows so anyone outside on the patio could easily see inside thereby invading one’s privacy. The kitchen smelled of animals. The entire flat was furnished with garage sale clutter, old and dated furniture, and dated counters and tile flooring. Would never stay here again. Definitely creepy!!!

We really enjoyed staying here. The host went out of their way to make us feel welcome and accommodating my using a walker. It is a walkout apartment on the backside of the house. Very roomy, private patio and lovely view.

A large, well appointed, and comfortable first floor apartment with ample, natural light, and beautiful outdoor surroundings.

Recently stayed for 2 weeks at this wonderful retreat! All the pictures are accurate - in fact I felt like most of the rooms were bigger than the pictures represent. The outdoor space was wonderful! Everything you needed to cook in the kitchen and Ross added an outdoor gas grill as an amenity while we were there which was awesome! There was a heat wave while we visited (high temps in the 90s to 100) and I don't think the apartment ever got above 72 degrees - so it is very cool! Thanks again for a great visit!

The location is perfect if you want to enjoy the mountains and to be close to the city. The neighborhood is quiet. If you have a pet the fence around the backyard let you unleash the dog without worries.

It was wonderful! There were some issues regarding the sturdiness of some of the furniture but the parrents were super kind and helped us with any issues we encountered throughout our stay!

Ross is a fantastic host. Very helpful with our questions. The apartment was spacious, had so many amenities, everything one might need. Beautiful patio and view. If I come back to Denver/Arvada, I will try to stay here again. Highly recommend!
