Good communication from host, nice easy walk to the beach

Host was great , communication, responds fast, great advice on things to do and restaurants. Great for small family , 2 adults and 2 children.

A magical place and a perfect place to exhale. Will go back again!

Great location! We loved it we will definitely go back.

This unit needs updating, especially the kitchen and bathroom. The bed was hard and uncomfortable. The beach chairs were chained up and I didn't know how to release them. Also, I had no clue this unit didn't come with amenity cards. That is something that should have been more clearly stated.

The property is just as described. Check in was easy and so was check out. The host was very helpful and responsive to private messages. The location itself is in the center island, so convenient distance to other attractions. However, it is right by the pool and the food court area, so it can be loud and busy at times, even after dark. We never were able to find a parking spot in the designated area behind the efficiency. We came at a peak season time, though. All in all, it was a good fit for us.

Room was everything advertised. Perfect for a couple. We love fripp & being so to the beach.

Convenient to beach

The room was small and could use some updates, but perfect for 2 people. Convenient location and the owner was friendly and responsive. The only issue was connecting to WiFi. Other than that, it was a great vacation at the beach.

This condo had everything that I needed and was a plus being so close to the beach.

No assign parking but there's plenty of places you can park around the area, just avoid the spaces with numbers. Location was great.

We've stayed at many of the Sunsuites. This one was wonderful.

Initially had a difficult time trying to find the place... perfect property for my stay. I was exploring the surrounding areas during the day... only spent mornings and slept here. This property can accommodate a family of 4 but may be cramped.

Room was smaller than expected and definitely could be updated. Clean and functional.

The host is very friendly and easy to communicate with. The Sunsuite is comfy and cozy with easy access to the beach, activities and Hunting Island State Park. However, when I arrived, the efficiency wasn't cleaned. I texted the host and it was all taken care of in a few hours. Still, not the way I was expecting to begin a retreat weekend. I enjoyed my stay.

Place is nice and close to the beach. My only issue was that you can’t use any of the facilities on the island unless your a member of fripp island so make sure you read full description. Owner was nice and responded quickly

Caught 6 red drum, blue fish, a few sharks and a some whiteys/croakers. Everyone from locals to vacationers were very friendly.

Perfect! Just steps from the beach,,, or the pool. Perfect little spot to get away. Loved it.

We enjoyed our time in this cozy little room! Very accessible to everything around the middle of the island and only a short ride to beach parking. We would recommend for any couple!

Everything was as we expected…we would come again.

This was a perfect little suite for my mom and I to spend the weekend at the beach. The place was clean. We had a great time! The host was very responsive to all my questions and very helpful. The address for the place isn’t very clear but we managed to find it based on some coordinates I found in the booking. The cable wasn’t working for the room, and the host told me to call the provider ourselves to fix it. Overall, we had a great stay, but the lack of amenity cards was very disappointing. While the description of the property was accurate, I will say we didn’t understand that since the owner did not have amenity cards, you pretty much can’t do anything on the island, nor can you buy an amenity card yourself. You have to go through the owner’s member card to get one, and it was not available for this property. You can’t eat at any of the restaurants or food trucks because you have to check in with your amenity card. You also can’t use any of the pools, which seems ridiculous since the property is directly across from the main pool. Got to hear everyone living it up all the pool all day without being able to use it ourselves. If you’ve never been to Fripp Island like us, you may not realize you need an amenity card to do everything. The closest places to get food or groceries are about 40 min away. All the restaurants the host recommended are in Beaufort or Port Royal, which are a lengthy drive away and not obvious if you’re not from the area.

Had a great stay!

Small unit, some of the fixtures are dated, but it was comfortable and within a short walk to the beach. The beach was beautiful and the weather was nice when we were there. There were a few things we didn’t have access to without a member card, but we had a great time. The host was very helpful.

We loved how close this was to the pool, beach and central island. Just the right space for us and the dog! The host was very responsive whenever we needed anything. Would for sure stay here again.
