You’ll be steps from the Cape Fear River and Wilmington’s Riverwalk, with downtown restaurants, shops, and attractions right outside your door. The space features all brand new luxury furniture and a comfortable, upscale feel throughout.

This studio is ideal for up to two guests and includes a king bed for a great night’s sleep, plus a cozy seating area to unwind after a day on the Riverwalk. The full kitchen makes it easy to cook simple meals and includes a stove/oven and a full-size refrigerator. A coffee and tea setup is provided to start your mornings right.

The bathroom is modern and clean with a sleek glass shower, fresh towels, and starter essentials (soap and shampoo) provided for convenience.

For entertainment, relax with a large 75 Smart TV with Roku. You can log into your own streaming accounts and enjoy a movie night after exploring downtown.

Other things to note: No pets. Service animals are always welcome as required by law and platform policy. Absolutely no parties or smoking. Downtown parking is not dedicated; guests typically use street parking or public paid lots/garages depending on availability. We’ll provide clear parking guidance and recommendations after booking.
