Stayed Sep 24, 2025We just loved Simona’s Georgian property located steps from public transport and only minutes from Morrison’s for grocery needs.Upon arrival Simona greeted us with all the information we would need to make our stay enjoyable — and gifted us a delicious home-made raspberry jam tart, as well. Our bus had arrived late, but Simona welcomed us graciously and showed us around the house. Our bedrooms were large and comfortable, exuding Georgian charm. Up to the second floor for kitchen and livingroom, complete with a view over Kensington Meadows down to the River Avon. All of the sites of Bath are walkable from Percy Place. All in all this is an ideally located and character-filled home from which to enjoy a few days in Bath.

Stayed Sep 17, 2025Excellent communication with the owner who was responsive and helpful. Location was a bit outside the city centre, but the bus stop out front made it a convenient location. Loved the historic charm of this property, the layout, and amenities. However, the beds and pillows were not comfortable - especially the extra cot. Other than that, definitely recommend!

Stayed Jul 17, 20254 Percy Place is perfect for anyone who has ever wanted to stay in a beautiful Georgian home - it is historic with all the modern conveniences. The rooms are large and everything you need is included. It is located right near a bus stop and busses in Bath take you where ever you need to be. Highly recommend for anyone staying in Bath.

Stayed Jul 19, 2025We had a wonderful stay at Percy Place. Percy Place was immaculate and had all the necessary amenities. It is just as it is shown in the pictures. The home is charming and very comfortable. Simona was a very helpful host and helped accommodate our extra requests. We had a lovely time. Thank you for allowing us to stay at Percy Place during our stay in Bath.

Stayed Feb 21, 2025Really lovely characterful house. So nice waking up opening the huge windows and listening to the birds in the massive garden at the back. On the outskirts of Bath- but only a short (and cheap) Uber into town.

Stayed Mar 15, 2024Great location, beautiful rooms, lots of space. It was an easy walk to the city centre. Groceries are a five minute walk away. The kitchen had everything (dishes, cookware, utensils, dishwasher, etc.). The host was very good at communicating prior to our stay and was very helpful when we arrived and during our stay. Highly recommend!

Stayed May 5, 2022This is a lovely historic house. We enjoyed the historic details and availability of washer and kitchen. The overall provisions in the house were fair. Towels were not what I would call fluffy as described on website. There were no outside areas available to our family as shown on the website, and there was no way to lock our section of the house for security other than to lock each bedroom at night. There were no soaps or anything in the bathroom upstairs w bedrooms which was the ‘more private’ of the two. Kitchen pans were adequate but seen better days. Laundry soap and dishwashing detergent were provided. One of the bedrooms/sitting area had a bed/sofa that when my child sat on it - they fell through to the floor. We reset the slats on the bed but the owner should take care especially if an elderly client were to stay. That said the host family who live downstairs were quiet courteous and gracious upon check in. Parking was a block away - as described. Took a couple tries circling the congested traffic area. About a 25 min walk into town and 5 min walk to grocery which is very nice. I assume this property is a work in progress for this family and hope they continue to develop it. Overall I felt that while there was lots of indoor space rates were a bit steep for situation and comfort, but I think this property has magnificent potential,.
