Spring St - Downtown Charleston - Walk Everywhere!

We had a great stay. Everything provided. Spring street is a busy street but was not a nuisance 4 and half baths and 4 big beds was perfect for my group of couples

Everything was great but it is on a very loud and busy street. Lots of helicopters probably going to hospital but really loud. Property itself is great!! Clean and homey.

We thought it was closer to King Street. Used Uber a lot. Did not rent a car. It was clean. We liked having 4 bedrooms, each with a bathroom!Closets could have used more than 2 hangers. I always had a quick response when contacting the host, which we really appreciated. Maintenance team came fairly soon to fix a toilet. We appreciated having a washer/dryer in the property along with laundry soap. Kitchen had coffee to start us off, as well as soap for sink and dishwasher. Could have had more silverware and dishes to accommodate our group of six. Bathrooms were fully stocked with the essentials. Thank you!! It was nice to have a porch to sit on.

The unit was not well equipped few things were broken. No written instructions on how to use things like disposal. Disappointed.

Pluses were Host, cleanliness, parking available, and renovation well done. Great new refrigerator. Fourth year of our renting this house and well pleased.

The house was perfect for 4 friends traveling together. We each had our own room and bath. Everything was comfortable. We didn’t cook there but we easily could have. The kitchen had all of the usual appliances, etc. Having a washer and dryer was awesome.

Our stay was good. There were 8 of us… each bedroom had their own bathroom which was a must. There were a few things that could be improved but overall the place was fine for our stay while attending a wedding.

Stayed at this location for a bachelor party. Was an easy commute to downtown. Owner was responsive and helpful.

This was a multigenerational girls trip & loved having our own bedrooms & bathrooms. The walk to King Street was nice & we were able to get to all our destinations easily. We didn’t like the street noise & visitors that went through our trash cans, but that isn’t the owners fault. We enjoyed everything about Charl, except the parking!!!

This property is set up perfectly for space and privacy. We loved the four separate bathrooms and open area for us to spend time together. Love the decor as well. Very cute.

Good location for bachelorette. We took uber or Lyft everywhere into town which was 7-11 each time. We did have an issue with one of the queen beds, I contacted host and they did send someone over to fix it. We were low on toilet paper and paper towels, host responded right away and said they can reimburse if we bought it ourselves. Renting the bottom was tough when people are above you. It was very very loud, so if you have young kids you might not want to rent that level.

We stayed here for a Bachelorette party and it was a perfect location to go into downtown Charleston. Super close to the boat launch we did as well.

located on corner near bus stop & traffic light. lots of noise pollution. listing description states there is ‘complimentary’ parking for two vehicles which isn’t true. check-in message stated to park in assigned pay-to-park lot & would be ‘reimbursed at end of stay’ — messaged host about being reimbursed 42 (2 cars for two days) & no response from them — also no ‘reimbursement’ in my account either — deceiving.

We loved this unit! Plenty of space for our adult children. It really helps when each bedroom has its own bathroom!! Lovely area, close to A TON of restaurants. Will definitely be coming back!

This house is great for friends who each want their own bathroom and live on a single floor. The house is clean and comfortable. It’s location is further from downtown than expected from description.

We had a great visit to Charleston. Location is on busy street but quiet inside. House was fine but low water pressure in bathrooms & TV's had to be fixed by mgmt. Hudson was great & Johnny on the spot. If you bring a pet, there is not much grass around for them to take care of business.

We had a good stay, though we were unaware there was an upstairs to this property. The first night the people were very quiet. On Friday a large group of probably 12, 20 something year olds moved in for the weekend. very noisy going up and down the stairs, especially on our last night.

Walk everywhere is so true. And a bathroom per bedroom is a luxury! We would rent again.

Great place & very roomy! Only downside is the busy street in front & walk to parking but that is Charleston!! Very convenient to King St & Mt Pleasant

The 4 beds/4.5 bathrooms accommodated our group well. A few concerns because of the foot traffic immediately outside our door but nothing too concerning because we had a large group. Overall, we liked the house and property manager was very responsive to our needs.

The trip was a group of 4 female friends exploring Charleston. The 4 bedroom/4 bathroom was perfect for us. We did communicate with owner when we were having tv issues and he quickly responded. None of us use streaming channels so only having ROKU was not our cup of tea. For the size of the unit and possibility of having more individuals there, there could be more tableware-small plates, bowls, serving pieces. The only other recommendation was lighting in parking area……the parking is a few doors down behind another house but since it now gets dark early it was dangerous walking in parking area……uneven ground and dark!

We enjoyed the luxury of four bedrooms and 4.5 bathrooms. Although Spring Street is busy, we loved sitting on the porch and watching the locals go by. We did not find the traffic noise an issue while sleeping. The parking is on the same block just a few houses down. We would stay again!

The unit was beautiful and close to everything. We enjoyed our stay.

Beautiful house that was perfect for our family and puppies as we escaped the storms.
