splendid panoramic sea view

Perfect & charming village and the apartment was superb! Can really recommend this accommodation.

After we climed the 21 + 10 steps to the fully equipped apartment we enjoyed the nice view over the other parts of the village and the sea. For shopping and sight seeing a car is essential. The commuication with the housekeeper is only in Italian language possible but with the nice hosts also in English.

The apartment is very tastefully furnished and decorated, modern and full of light. We very much enjoyed the luxury of getting to chose from three fantastic terraces, all with a breathtaking view across Santa Maria al Bagno to the sea. The beds are very comfortable and the showers excellent. Everything was spotlessly clean, we felt at home right away. The contact with the host was delightful, he provided us with very useful tips and all the information we needed for a carefree stay. Highy recommended.

We had a wonderful time staying at this apartment near Santa Maria al Bagno. The apartment was perfect. It was a great location. We could either walk to the “lungo mare” and walk all the way to Santa Caterina or drive. It was a perfect location for access to local other beaches as well as the r towns of Nardò and Lecce with their historical baroque centers. We look forward to going back.

We loved the views and sunsets from the apartment and very much appreciated the sunshade as, although it was September/October the afternoons were very hot. The apartment is well equipped for self catering, which we made full use of. Having a secure car parking area was also very useful. The promenade in Santa Maria is great for walking or early morning runs. The beach is small, which we knew but as we are not sunworshippers this was not an issue for us. The welcome gifts were enjoyed after a 4.5 hour drive and the fact that we did not have to wash our towels and sheets was a real bonus. Giampiero was extremely kind to carry our booking over from 2020 and was very easy to deal with - thank you.

We had a great stay in the apartment: it feels like a house with its three terraces and the wonderful view on Santa Maria al Bagno. The equipment is just perfect and the communication is very quick. Santa Caterina is very close and is great for an evening too in bars and restaurants. One must be aware that a car is necessary to enjoy the little cities around and the beaches. Next time in Santa Maria al Bagno, I will go for sure in the same place!

We spent 2 weeks in this appartment. It actually looks exactly as shown on the pictures. There are 2 terasses. One is directly connected to the living room/kitchen and is really nice for having breakfast in the morning with an astonishing view on the ocean. The second terasse is on the first floor. In addition there is a larger roof top terasse with an option for barbequing. The flat is really well equipped. Several sandy beaches are within 20 min driving distance. Santa Maria al Bagno is a cosy little city with various restaurants and is also having a small city beach. The water is georgous with an almost turgoise colour. I am definately recommending this appartment. We enjoyed our stay very much.

We booked 2 weeks. The time was wonderful. We had some dinner on the terrace with a beautiful view over the sea with a romantic sunset. The flat is perfect for families with 2 Kids. There is enough space for everybody. The pictures here are like the original Situation. We really enjoyed our stay.
