SPECTACULAR SEA VIEWS!! New Modern Apartment overlooking Bay.

The unit was great... clean and very well furnished. Fresh fruit on the table when we arrived. Host were very welcoming and provided us with lots of info about what to do. The location is very close to a bus stop, so getting around was very easy. Both bedrooms have lovely views to wake up to. We would definately recommend this property.

If i could rate this property 10 stars, I would! Exactly as shown in the photos and as described. And yet, the photos quite simply do not do the gorgeous views justice. The location is exceptional, the properly is clean, well maintained and comfortable. Hosts, Rozelle and Grant are kind, gracious and more accommodating than you could ever ask. If you are looking for somewhere to stay on Waiheke Island - this place can't be beat!!!

Tranquil apartment with unparalleled views and luxury touches. Our hosts were warm and friendly and left us alone to enjoy the peaceful surroundings, but were available if needed. Very new accommodation with a stylish bathroom and an outdoor dining area that we preferred to any of the fantastic nearby restaurants. A paved pathway very close by zig-zags its way down through native bush to a small quiet bay with a stony shore and crystal clear water reminiscent of the Mediterranean. This spacious apartment captures the Waiheke bach feeling while providing excellent indoor/outdoor flow and modern comforts like the Nespresso machine. Good quality breakfast items were supplied on our arrival. We had a super-relaxing four night stay and have booked again for next year! Thank you Rozelle and Grant, we look forward to seeing you in 2025 :)

A slice of paradise tucked in the heart of Hekerua Bay. The cleanliness and cozy vibe of this little haven definitely made our stay memorable, not to mention the warmth and thoughtfulness the hosts extended to us, we were not treated like guests,but as family. Highly recommended, we'll definitely be back!

Outstanding views and gracious host! Highly recommend. Location is right by the bus stop which makes it very easy to get into town. The breakfast was a lovely addition. Clean, modern, and comfortable accommodation.

We had such a lovely 7 night stay. The accommodation was so comfortable. Stunning views across the bush to the sea.Walked down the to the beach every day.Great location for the bus stop, we used buses every day to visit wineries and beaches. No need for a car Thank you Rozelle and Grant for a wonderful stay and for being such good hosts.

Perfection at every turn! Immaculately presented, and spotlessly clean. Quality, fresh linen. Beautifully comfortable beds in rooms with gorgeous views. The thoughtful added touch of a bowl full of fresh fruit, along with milk, yoghurt and granola for our breakfasts was hugely appreciated. Rozelle was so welcoming, and her local hints and recommendations were on the money. Already planning a return trip!

This was the perfect stay to recover from jet lag from the US. Spotless apartment, comfortable beds and our hosts provided coffee and a light breakfast. The view and beach are unparalleled and we loved sitting on the deck watching boats and dolphins. A 5 star property and highly recommended.

Fabulous views from the balcony, Every thing the ad said it would be. Property owners were very friendly & helpful without being intrusive. Lovely clean & comfortable. Very peaceful and relaxing with easy access to local busses. My sister and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Stunning Sea Views, a peaceful outlook amongst the Tuis and native Waiheke birdlife, and a beautiful home to spend the weekend in. The beach below the property is a sheltered bay, very easy to walk to and absolutely beautiful to swim in and an easy walk down (although a little bit of a hill on the way up which was still not long!). The town was a nice 20 minute stroll away and very easy to find, and the hosts were simply outstanding. Great communication, great advice and information provided. The house was perfect, great cleanliness, a delicious breakfast included and the view was just stunning. Bus just at the top of the drive and very easy to use / access town and the ferry. Would definitely recommend and will be staying here again for sure!!!

Our hosts were outstanding. They were so gracious and helpful. The apartment is up on the hill overlooking Sandy Beach. My husband swam in the water every day. We found the bed very comfortable and Rozelle gave us fruit and enough to make breakfast each morning. Would highly recommend staying here.

Rozelle and Grant were incredibly welcoming and helpful, and the apartment was very comfortable, relaxing, and clean. The views from the bedrooms and porch were incredible! This was the perfect place to rest and from which to explore the bays, beaches, wine, and food that make Waiheke special.We hope to return someday.

The view from your bed, or the outdoor deck is absolutely gorgeous. We are a mature couple and wouldn’t have been able to walk much from this location but we had a car. There is a bus stop nearby. We stayed for a week and went to an excellent restaurant every day. Distances are short but the roads are very curvy with no shoulders. Rozelle and Grant were very lovely and did all they could to make sure we were happy. The beds were comfortable and the linens high quality. You will be lucky to be able to stay there.

We loved this place! It is absolutely beautiful. It is above a gorgeous pebbly beach and a short walk to a sandy beach.

Fabulous stay! The property is in a beautiful setting amid lots of green trees and bushes with lots of lovely birds flitting about. The beds are very comfortable, the kitchen facilities adequate, cosy TV room and a beautiful outdoor space with magnificent views. There are quite a few stairs to the apartment. Lovely touch was the inclusion of muesli, yoghurt, milk and tea and coffee. Rozelle was a lovely host who gave us some great recommendations for our stay.

The property is incredible. Great sea view, everything as described on the listing. Peaceful and the host, Rozelle, was friendly, helpful with island information and kind. We will definitely visit again. Amazing! Five star accommodation.

This rental was absolutely stunning! Perfect location and a wonderful place to just enjoy. We rented a car and traveled around the island but this location was ideal and in a nice central location. Rizal was great! Great information great communication and just the perfect place for the beginning of our New Zealand vacation.

We couldn't fault our stay. Wonderfully welcoming hosts, an immaculate apartment with superb views. Rozelle accommodated our delayed arrival and allowed us to be flexible with our departure. It was a wonderful time and we would certainly go back at the drop of a hat.
