This luxury self-catering apartment is situated on the quiet Rossie Place at the top of Easter Road. This places you at walking distance from the Royal Mile which extends up hill and offers an eclectic selection of small shops and cafes all the way to the castle. You are also perfectly situated within walking distance of Princes Street, the Scottish Parliament and Holyrood Palace. There is also a great bus service every few minutes that allows easy access to these attractions and many more. Outside the apartment there is parking with ample pay and display spaces just around the corner.

The apartment itself is situated on the 2nd floor of a traditional Victorian tenement. As it is situated at the rear of the building, the apartment overlooks the garden and is extremely quiet, making it easy to forget that all that Edinburgh has to offer is right on your doorstep.

Recently fully refurbished, the apartment is immaculately decorated and consists of a large double bedroom, a large bright sitting room with a 2 piece suite which converts to an extremely comfortable sofabed, a brand new kitchen, and high ceilings throughout.

The bedroom of this beautiful Edinburgh flat has traditional Victorian features such as ornate coving and large windows, with a Victorian fireplace alongside a quant original window seat. For your comfort, the bedroom has ample storage, dressing table with hairdryer and hair straighteners, USB connectors for phone charging and a recessed smart TV with free access to Netflix and more.

The newly refurbished kitchen is immaculately decorated and fully fitted with all the facilities needed to ensure you have a comfortable stay, including a washing machine, dishwasher and an additional smart TV. A compact table and chairs is also situated in the kitchen allowing up to 4 guests to dine in comfort.

A fully tiled contemporary bathroom comes with both a bath and superb rainfall shower, and the same high ceilings that run throughout the rest of this spacious apartment.

The sitting room is bright and beautifully decorated, with enviable attention to detail, ensuring you can enjoy your stay in this apartment in luxury. The room also boasts ornate coving, a Victorian fireplace and mantle, and large windows with views across Edinburgh. Furnished with a brand-new leather suite and an additional smart TV, your comfort is assured. The sitting room also contains a large double sofa bed, allowing this apartment to sleep up to four guests.

The apartment comes with unlimited free Wi-Fi, as well as gas central heating with traditional cast iron radiators in every room to ensure your comfort.

Entry is anytime after 1pm. Check out is by 10am. All bookings are based on sharing. Early arrival and late check out can be arranged with additional cost will be determined by circumstance.

    Everything was as expected. The place was clean, modern, and well organized. Location was convenient, and while being close to the center of the old and new town, it is removed enough to find peace and quiet. The amenities are however rudimentary and the basics were absent. We had to purchase a floor fan and there were no cleaning products or vacuum cleaner to maintain the apartment during our stay. We had to buy cleaning products and the broom was a tiny hand held, impossible to clean the place with. Otherwise, the shower curtain needs to be changed as it's moldy at the bottom. But don't let these details distract you from a great place at the heart of Edinburgh! I would revisit and recommend highly.

    The Flat was comfortable and met our needs during our stay in Edinburgh. Parking is not abundant for the flat, as most street parking is by permit only during the day.

    The flat is lovely and very clean. The position is very central, with many nice cafes (Little Fitzroy, Polentoni) and food shops nearby, and many buses going to the centre or to Portobello stop in this area. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen had everything you need to cook meals. We really recommend this flat!

    We stayed here four nights on our first visit to Edinburgh. This apartment was great!! Very nice and quiet neighborhood that was only 1-2 blocks away from bus stops that would take you literally anywhere in Edinburgh. Less than 15 minutes walk/bus ride to major tourist venues. Coffee shops, hardware/grocery stores easy walking distance. Very nice comfortable apartment. Price was reasonable compared to listings closer to major tourist venues that were much more expensive. It would have been nice if there were instructions for use of combo washer/dryer.

    Apartment is as advertised. Clean & newly remodeled. We brought an in-tub plastic mat ( cut down to ~18” square which was very helpful in this very clean but smooth slanted modest sized tub with shower head & curtain.). Use google maps for best walking & bus routes. ( Remember that walking time can take a bit longer than estimated in g maps )

    Perfect place for a two couples or a family of 4. The apartment is perfectly located away from the bustle and bustle of old town for a good nights rest. It’s is literally 4 bus stops from Waverly train station and a (wee) walk, with a convenience store just as you get off the bus. The bed and pull out sofa bed are very comfortable, the couches are also comfy. Kitchen is good size, but the table is tiny, but serves the purpose. It could be a bit more stocked, as there were no condiments nor napkins/paper towels. The bathroom is updated, but small. I caution if you have difficulty getting out of tubs as it is pretty slippery and sort of awkward. The host was Great!! I would definitely book again.
