Spectacular Bay and City Views

Great little place to stay while we explored the city. Robert is very friendly and accommodating. Will stay here again next time we are here.

I loved our stay here, and if/when I come back to the Bay Area I would absolutely stay here again. Robert was such a helpful and kind host; he made sure we had everything we needed and genuinely wanted us to have a nice stay. We travelled with our 2 kids, 6 and 8, so there were 4 of us total. I was very diligent in making sure we stayed in a safe location and this place absolutely delivered. The beds were soft and comfy and the location is fantastic- it’s very walkable and easy for delivery drivers to find.This is a nice historic San Francisco apartment; I’ve visited relatives in similarly historic buildings and this was a very authentic Bay Area experience. I’m so very grateful for the wonderful and safe experience with my kids, who now have great memories of city life!I also want to note that there is a full kitchen, plenty of towels, blankets, and everything to make the stay cozy.

Rob provided a pretty good description of this place. Be sure to read the description and what it doesn’t provide as Rob has detailed. The low-rating reviews are quite spot-on. As far as cleanliness, read those reviews…Laundry detergent used on towels and linens were so strong-smelling, it was not pleasant. Close to many attractions is the highlight of this place along with the nice view.

Robert was a great host. The apartment is in an amazing location close to Ghirardelli Square and Pier 39. The couch in the living room is very comfortable and the kitchen is well outfitted. Only downside is the master bedroom mattress is very soft and not comfortable if you prefer more firmness.

Clean rooms, comfy couch, usable kitchen and dining space a great water pressure in the shower. Robert was a fantastic host and we would definitely stay here again if/when we return.

In fairness, the owner told us ahead of time the place wasn't spotless. The location was perfect.

Just a great location and property. We had a wonderful dinner party in the dining room during our stay and many memorable meals around the city. Robert is super-accommodating.

Unbelievable location! Within easy walking distance to Pier 39, bay cruises, Hop On Hop Off bus stops and trolley cars. The host bent over backwards to help us out when we left some items behind!

When we arrived at the apartment straight away the smell of cat pee welcomed us, robbert wasn't there, Laurie showed us around, the stairs to the apartment is rotten, also the balcony its not a safe place, the carpet is full with marks of cat pee, we never stayed there but went to a hotel near pier 39

The location is great. Robert was very helpful and we were able to park our car in his garage. What was a bit unpleasant was the smell of cat pee.

This house is very well located, with a view on the bay, close to bike rental and close from many SF sites by foot.The owner Robert was very helpful and improved our stay with many great tips, he even guide us to the city and to the Golden Gate Bridge.One warning: you need to consider there are numerous animals (especially cats) in the nearby if you are sensitive to odours !

Amazing location and amazing views! My kids loved the ‘secret garden’ and the cats. The flat was well located for all the things we wanted to do. The place has everything we needed to make our stay comfortable. Robert was a welcoming host and checked in to see if we needed anything. The decor is a little dated, but it doesn’t matter because you will be looking out the windows all the time. We would absolutely stay there again!

Convenient location and great views from LR/DR kitchen and nice balcony with tables & chairs & a sofa. Trader Joe’s & Walgreens short walk. The owner was responsive & easy to work with. There are a fair amount of steps, and the street is hilly—it’s San Francisco, so if not up for 4 flights, probably not for you.

Located in the heart of Fisherman's Wharf, 750 Bay St, was an absolute gem. Robert the owner was amazing and the lovely Victorian home priceless. Highly recommend!! David

Location was nice but that’s the only thing. Rob has no business being in hospitality. He came into the rental while we were out everyday. There are clearly domestic violence issues going on. It made it very uncomfortable

The view of the bay is worth the stairs! A perfect location for easy access toSan Francisco sights. Robert went above and beyond with how friendly and attentive he was. Our group of friends really enjoyed the stay here.

We needed a place with a good kitchen to cook for Thanksgiving, and Robert's place was perfect. The kitchen was amazingly well equipped, the views were spectacular, and the couch and TV made for great football watching. Robert was a charming host and very communicative. And obviously, a great location.

Stayed here with my two sisters while visiting SF. Location was great - Fisherman's Wharf and public transportation is within walking distance. Listing exactly as described and host was extremely responsive before and during trip. Would highly recommend.

If you can't handle steps, then this is probably not the property for you. If you want modern , then this is probably not the property for you. But if you want a great location (especially for the Fleet Week airshow), this is great. The home is comfortable, well stocked, and the hosts are very accommodating.

Location, location, location! Robert was great! We loved our stay. Very nice and roomy place. The newly updated kitchen was stocked with coffee, condiments, spices, etc. 10 minute walk to the Wharf one way or to Ghirardelli Square the other way. 2 blocks to the Cable Car station. Great restaurants everywhere. Robert and his assistant Laurie were chock full of helpful information. We are very grateful!

Rob was super welcoming and friendly and I enjoyed meeting his wife Laurie and the cats too! The amenities are great and location is priceless. The listing is accurate and Rob communicated clearly about details about the home. He was flexible and helpful! Great home base for exploring the city.

If you love staying in cozy, whimsical places with ahhh-mazing views, this is the place. You will feel like you are staying at a friend's home, and their home is your home. The hosts are very attentive and are on site or a phone call away if you need anything. Best shower pressure I've had in my life. YES! I did see the parrots :) Thank you!!

Robert and Laurie were both there to greet us and advised of of best way to see the local attractions. It’s hard to beat local knowledge. Robert’s apartment is so convenient to all attractions in San Francisco. We had an amazing stay. Thank you!

The location and view of this spacious place cannot be beat! Good value for money too. Rob was very helpful with recommendations about SF. We had a great stay.

Great location. Property needs remodeling and decluttering. Bit of a musty smell. Heat choice is only on or off, that's it.

Robert’s place was a great fit for what we needed. We had 3 adults and two small children- being able to have everyone stay in one unit with 2 separate bedrooms and sitting area, as well as a full kitchen was a great set up for us. The rate for those amenities in this super location made it such a great deal. Regarding kiddos, Robert had a pack-n-play, which was really great. We did need to do a bit of kid-proofing, but Robert was accommodating there.
