Spacious Sunny Loft ~ Downtown Bar Harbor!

Perfect location downtown to walk everywhere! Clean and spacious, a lovely place to stay!

One of the best properties at which I've ever stayed. We shared with another couple. The lodging was immaculate and well-equipped. A great location in downtown Bar Harbor that was very convenient to good restaurants and accessing Acadia NP. Rented e-bikes (they have a wide offering) from Bar Harbor Bikes which was walkable. Right up the street from the Bar Island Path and two blocks from Hannafords grocery store. If you can't get reservations for sunrise at Cadillac Mountain (we tried for two successive days), go to Schooner Head Overlook.

My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed everything about this property and our host. It was so easy to walk to everything downtown. It was wonderful to have off street parking, as parking is very expensive in that whole area. The whole upper floor is for the guests including that sweet deck that is seen in the photos! All of the rooms are well equipped: nice hangers in the closets, thick towels in the bathrooms, wonderfully stocked kitchen. I really can’t say enough good things about it! Should we get back to Bar Harbor, we’ll sure be hoping to stay in this Sunny Spacious Loft again! (That name is so very apt!!!)

Great spot! The location was awesome, just a short walk to everything in town, and we always felt safe even at night. The house itself was super clean, spacious, and had everything we needed. Beds were comfy, plenty of room to hang out, and even a loft with yoga mats which was a nice surprise. Would definitely stay here again!

Absolutely perfect place to stay. Was even better than advertised. Very spacious, great decor, well stocked. Great communication from owners. Perfect location, very close to everything but also peaceful. Would highly recommend this place and would stay again!

Amazing stay - first the property is in such prime location, just steps away from shops, restaurants and grocery stores. The place is very well kept and stocked, super clean. Everything you can think of/may need can be found. Highly recommend and will definitely come back when visiting Acadia more.

This property was clean and so charming & adorable! We enjoyed the location as we could walk to all of the shops & restaurants & the drive to hike in Acadia was easy. Having a parking spot available next to the property was a definite plus. We would absolutely stay here again & have recommended the property to others.

We had a wonderful stay at the house. It had all the conveniences and was within walking distance of everything we wanted to experience in Bar Harbor. Loved the colorful decor.

This house was the perfect fit for our group of 4 adults (2 couples) visiting Acadia National Park. It was more spacious than it looked in the picture and was so clean. We immediately felt very comfortable. The location within Bar Harbor is perfect for walking around the town (and not having to fight for parking) and is super close to the beach and sand bar to Bar Island. We would absolutely stay here again!!

We were there for 5days. The location was perfect. We were able to get to all the locations we had planned to walk to in minutes. We took a trip to Acadia national park and visited all the locations that we had planned to see. Was easy to get to and from in this location. .

We loved everything about this property! We could walk everywhere in Bar Harbor without having to get in our car, it was spotless, and it was perfect for two couples. There were also some wonderful restaurants close by. We would definitely stay here again.

We had a fantastic time in Bar Harbor. The property exceeded our expectations and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Location made it easy to walk to many places in town. Looking forward to visiting again someday.

We loved everything about this gem. The location allowed us to walk to dinner and around town easily and close to Acadia National Park. The apartment was very spacious and well appointed with everything we needed. I give this top marks and would highly recommend it.

The loft was tastefully decorated and it was very spacious. My husband and I along with another couple stayed for six days and found it to be very comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked and the washer/dryer was convenient. Best of all was the location. It is downtown but away from the congested area. We walked everywhere and rode our bikes to Acadia on the day we rented bikes. Other times, we used the Island Express bus to get to Acadia. We could easily walk to the Village Green to catch the bus. Hannaford’s grocery store is less than two blocks away. The Black Friar Pub was about 250 steps from the loft. We highly recommend it, we ate dinner there twice, thanks to the owner’s recommendation. The four of us would stay there again if we get back to Bar Harbor.
