Spacious Studio 3 Blocks Off St. Charles Avenue

Very clean. Felt like home. Had everything we needed. Very gracious host. Great location.

Even though spacious is in the description, we were pleasantly surprised by how roomy, comfy and luxurious this space felt. Extra touches like local snacks and premium bedding gave it a special feel. The only negative is that there is a bar about a block away that played very loud music until about midnight, loud enough to cut through earplugs and a pillow over the head. I don't know if this was just a Halloween thing or normal for weekends. Otherwise, the location is a great value - only 3 blocks from the Charles St. Trolley and the Garden District. Most cars in the neighborhood were in terrible shape, which made us worry about someone hitting our rental car, but that also seemed to be the norm for New Orleans - so I'd recommend going car-free here and just using the convenient transit options.

Lovely studio, perfectly suited to our needs. We had everything we could’ve needed and our host was hospitable and communicative!

This is a great option when visiting NOLA. Easy check in and check out process. Keurig coffee maker is a plus!. Only thing is to remember to bring bath toiletries as host does not provide shampoo or soap. Otherwise very great stay and we would stay again!

This place is in the ghetto and people should be aware of this before booking.

What an amazing stay. The space was very clean and surprisingly spacious for a studio. Walkable to the shops and restaurants on St. Charles and Magazine street. There was a HUGE second line parade that went right down our street, which was so cool to see. And Clare was the best host!

Clare’s property is gorgeously appointed and has everything you need with excellent quality and attention to details. Very comfortable bed, pillows and high thread count sheets. Wonderful snack basket for when I keep forgetting to buy food and variety of Kcup coffees. Loved it and will definitely recommend and come back!

Property was nice neighborhood was sketchy

Stayed for the superbowl and was extremely happy with the location. Very close to the Superdome. Area was clean. Host left snacks and bottled water. Did see a few strains of hair in the bathroom and on the bed. But other than that it was extremely clean and tidy. Will definitely recommend.

The apartment was super clean and cozy. The bed was very comfortable and the kitchen had everything we needed. It was a short walk to the streetcar line and there was sufficient room for parking on the street. We are very happy with our choice to stay at this VRBO.

My son and I were looking for a reasonably priced place to land for a couple of days when we decided to make an impromptu trip to the Sugar Bowl. This was perfect. Imagine a classy hotel room without the burden of elevators and noisy people next door. Sadly, there was a terror attack and our plans had to change. The host was great about helping us stay an extra day to accommodate our schedule change. It was much appreciated. If you know NOLA, then you know that it is a beautiful, real and gritty city. We love it. But, be prepared for some real life happening on the street outside this rental. Nothing dangerous or disturbing...just real people, in a real place, trying to get by. We will be back.

This property was awesome. Everything you need and beautiful little condo. Clare thought of everything and was so nice. Will definitely stay again if ever in New Orleans again.

This was a perfect place to stay for a weekend in New Orleans! It was a good location for everything we wanted to do and we felt safe being in a gated house. The host was very communicative and even kind enough to leave us some snacks and waters. Would definitely stay here again!

This property was as advertised and it was beautiful and comfortable. Clare was amazing at communicating and even let me know about streets that were blocked due to a parade. The property was a 5min walk to St. Charles Ave and the RTA Green street car picks you up right there on 3rd street. I enjoyed the ease and comfort of Clare’s property. I really looking forward to staying here again on my next visit.

The cleanliness and security was excellent. It was a tally comforting having the owner next door. She is a true sweetheart. I will and am going to stay again

Nice location not far from the city and away from crazy traffic. The stay was lovely, felt like I was at an away home I been wanting to get back to. Definitely would come back to stay here on my next vacation!

The studio was nice and clean, and the A/C worked extremely well, which is key in New Orleans. The area is improving but not the greatest. Being near the streetcar is really nice though and there are a lot of walkable places nearby.
