Spacious Retreat With Panoramic Views

Grace was very attentive and we enjoyed meeting her dogs, Oda and Groot! Beautiful view!

It was very nice, we were in and out spending with family I did not request the instructions on checking, so we may not have checked out properly due to own busy schedule.

We enjoyed our time at Grace's place while visiting for ski races in Craftsbury. The place was clean, comfortable, and beautiful. Grace was a very responsive host. We'd stay there again for sure.

This is our second trip to Grace's and it was just as wonderful as we remembered it. The property and gardens are gorgeous. The view of the valley stunning. The apartment has all the comforts you'd need for a pleasant stay. Grace is a lovely host. We hope to visit again next summer!

Views are amazing. Outdoor shower is perfect and the gardens are beautiful. Perfect!

Where do we begin? The view is breathtaking, as are the grounds and the apartment. Grace and her two special and loving dogs are wonderful. We felt at home instantly. The bedrooms are so charming and comfortable and the kitchen has everything you could possibly need. Make sure to get up with a hot cup of coffee and watch the sunrise from the balcony. Also make sure to catch the sunset on the corner of Hunter Lane down the street from her home. Truly memorable. We love how close you are to the precious town and how close Stowe and Greensboro are. There is so much hiking around, but you could just as easily stay home and look at the mountains and gorgeous landscaping Grace has done. It took everything in us to leave and we can’t wait to come back :) If you book this place you will be so happy you did!

Peaceful sunny roomy well kept gathering spot. Too much snow to enjoy the great deck. We'll have to come back in the summer!

Came for XC skiing and Supertour at Craftsbury Outdoor Center. Apartment is very convenient for that purpose. What was surprising was all the additional reasons to book this place. Newer comfortable space, wonderful views, kitchen with everything, health food co-op just down the road, wax bench, luxurious bathroom, quaint farmhouse, fresh eggs, wonderful hospitality. We will rebook soon just to have vacation to see everything we missed.

My family and rented the apartment to be close to a family wedding. It was the perfect location. The apartment is very nice looks fairly new and has all the conveniences of home. Grace was nice enough to share her chickens' eggs which of course we had for breakfast. Her gardens are beautiful! Very serene setting. I wished we could have stayed longer. My husband forgot his pillow and Grace was kind enough to ship it to us. Very thoughtful! The only slight negative was the day bed in the living room. I think it would be fine for a child but a bit uncomfortable for my adult daughter. We would definitely stay here again!

This is our first experience with HomeAway and it was a most pleasant one. The apartment over the garage where we stayed was comfortable and well equipped. Our host was gracious but not intrusive. The garden around the house was one of the most beautiful I have ever seen. Sitting on the deck sipping wine with miles of vista in front of us was a calming joy. We slept well, enjoyed scrambled eggs for breakfast using eggs provided by our host from her chickens, and were able to truly relax. We highly recommend the place.
