We did not cook anything so we did not use the kitchen essentials. The rooms were clean. The bathrooms were stocked with plenty of towels, soap, shampoo etc. Did not use the washer or dryer. Check in and out was easy and convenient. Great location on Main Street. Easy access to many shops and restaurants within walking distance.

Nice, clean, large space for a pretty good value. Staff was pleasant and accommodating. Would recommend.

Great place stay, everything was perfect!

Great location in town and jumping point to explore Arches, Canyonland and Capitol Reef National Parks! Our family enjoyed the living space, especially the large dining room table.

We enjoyed our stay here very much. For female solo travelers it was nice to have the extra security of the hotel office adjacent. Very spacious and clean, super comfortable. Location walkable to all of downtown. The apartment had everything we could possibly need.

The host was very responsive to any questions. The apartment is in a perfect location in downtown Moab. It was very roomy, and the Bowen Motel staff were responsive to any of our needs. We had 2 parking spaces reserved for us. I would definitely use it again.

This worked great for our activities in Arches National park and Canyonlands. Easy access right off main st. Noise wasn’t an issue. I loved the large kitchen and cleanliness of the place. Would stay again.

The apartment had everything we needed plus some.Its very close to a noisy road, that is the only thing bad I can say about it.

The apartment is in a separate building from the rest of the motel. It is attached to the office. It is very roomy and it has its own parking. The location is amazing because of the ability to walk to shops and restaurants. I would recommend it for a larger group or family!

We loved the location of this property. We could easily walk to restaurants.The space was perfect for 4 adults and two kids with plenty of room. We would definitely recommend this place and would stay here again. Our kids swam in the heated pool in october and loved it.

The apartment was spacious and had everything we needed. Location was great for visiting the Arches and Canyonlands. We would stay again.

This was the best of the 4 homes we rented on this trip! Clean, quiet, superbly organized and equipped. The location cannot be beaten by any property in Moab. We were able to relax in total comfort because of the attention to detail that was evident in every room. It was the only location that allowed each of the 5 of us to sit and talk in comfort at the same time. The price was great and the owner responded immediately to every question. I'd happily rent this unit again should I be in Moab!

Do not hesitate to book the Bowen Apartment on Main! It’s in the heart of everything in downtown Moab making shops and restaurants an easy walk. There was plenty of space for our family of five and there are even two designated parking spots. One of the greatest surprises was the shower! It had plenty of pressure and heat to relieve tired muscles after a day of Jeeping and hiking. We appreciated the washer and dryer and the supplies that were provided. The hosts were amazing and very accommodating with answers to our questions, extra towels, or detergent. There’s even a wonderful outdoor patio seating area with table and chairs, perfect for an evening beverage while you people watch on Main Street! Overall, this place is clean, spacious, and a great location to experience Moab! We will definitely book this apartment again when we return to Moab. Sincerely, The Curran family

Spacious, clean, and convenient to everything in Moab

We checked into our room at the connecting Bowen motel office. The staff at the motel check in were excellent and went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and to answer our many questions about the area. It was a great space with plenty of room and stocked cabinets with the cooking utensils we needed. We had a great patio and gas grill that we cooked out on and the host even supplied laundry sail and sheets. The location is in the heart of Moab and had a coffee shop right next door. We were surrounded by great restaurants, bars, coffee shops and stores. Loved this location with the most amazing check in employees.

I wish there are more dishes and silverware and condiments to cook.

This property has everything needed for a reasonable accomodation. A little noisy in the morning but not too early.

Wonderful for place… actually 4 bedroom’s (one doesn’t have a door). Loved being downtown.

This apartment at the Bowen Motel was amazing! My husband and I spent three nights here and loved it! The apartment was very clean and had plenty amenities, including a washer and dryer. There is a private patio with a table and chairs and is a perfect place to people watch. There’s also private parking in front of the apartment. Check-in was a breeze and the staff we interacted with were very friendly. The location is convenient for walking to restaurants and shopping. I would recommend this apartment to anyone and would stay here again on our next trip to Moab.

Don’t let the “motel” exterior concern you. This is an excellent apartment! Clean, with comfy beds and furniture. Large, well-appointed kitchen. Convenient to downtown Moab and all that it offers. Separate A/C units in all bedrooms and common areas. Very quiet despite being on the main road (all bedrooms in the back.)would definitely stay here again.

Exceeded expectations. Fit 4 adults and 4 kids comfortably. Great location. Plenty of air conditioners. Clean pool. Would 100% recommend. Property managers were very responsive.
