Have to go to sister hotels for breakfast, sauna, other amenities. A/C in my room was broken, had to switch rooms. Windows didn’t open in room. Otherwise it was fine and close to beach. Have to pay extra for housekeeping.

The hot tub was broken our entire trip. We could not ever get hot water for our shower. We were told to let water run for 15-20 minutes! That is such a flagrant waste of precious water and should NOT be allowed. We had to sign in to internet DAILY and sometimes ThAT was not working either!? Many times during our stay the elevator did not work. We assumed we would have a balcony but did not. We sat on the 3rd floor hotel balcony only to be locked out! It was 3 in the afternoon. Washing machine was offered (only one working for entire week) but the dryer after 1.5 hours still left our clothes soaking wet. We then had to drive to laundry mat. We had to check 3 floors before finding ice. Friends were going to rent for a week in May but I suggested they find something else. WAY too many issues. NEVER again.

Very nice condo,
