It features one double bedroom with a wardrobe and a second bedroom with two single beds that can be joined together and a wardrobe. The fully equipped bathroom includes a shower cabin, bidet, washbasin with cabinet and mirror, hairdryer, and toilet facilities.

The modern kitchen offers a dishwasher, refrigerator with freezer, glass-ceramic cooktop, traditional oven, microwave, kettle, toaster, and filter coffee machine. The dining table with chairs is ideal for family meals.

Adjacent to the kitchen is the spacious living room with a sofa, coffee table, satellite TV, air conditioning, and direct access to the balcony. The balcony, equipped with a sunshade and garden furniture, is perfect for enjoying morning coffee. Bed linen and two bath towels per person are included and are changed every 7 days. Free Wi-Fi connection and parking near the house are available for guests.

* Smoking is permitted on the terrace or outside, while smoking indoors is not allowed.

* We kindly ask our guests:
- to respect the neighbors and behave calmly and discreetly, especially at night or during afternoon rest,
- for safety reasons, to turn off the air conditioning and dishwasher when not in the accommodation,
- to use the accommodation equipment with care,
- to leave empty containers and wash used cutlery and kitchen utensils,
- to report any damage caused to the owner, who, after a careful assessment of the damage, will request payment of the costs in cash before departure,
- to indicate the expected departure time one day before leaving to arrange the handover of the keys.

* The accommodation must be vacated by 10:00 AM on the last day of the stay.
