The Space:

Constructed in 1856, Harbor Lofts was originally known as the Hathaway Warehouse, a key shipping and distribution facility in the center of SF's vibrant waterfront. The rehabilitation and conversion of this national historic landmark in 1996 to 1997 resulted in a splendid brick structure... and this amazing unit is part of it!



At almost 2000 square feet of living space, it is the largest loft in this historic building and is very unique. The interior features exposed brick and timber accents and offer direct access to a two-story central courtyard. With stunning, 18-foot vaulted ceilings, it also has a huge front window that fills the main living area with natural light; a large custom automated fish aquarium, and the historic original steel fire door.



This exceptional loft also has a spacious gourmet kitchen with premium Wolf, Viking, Miele, and SubZero appliances, not to mention a temperature-controlled wine cellar! The large executive-style home office has two desks and features plenty of built-in maple cabinetry plus filing cabinets for your use during your stay. Primp and style yourself in the two large designer bathrooms with white marble floors and gasp - a walk-in closet! Relax and dream in the two large bedrooms. The first bedroom has a plush king-sized bed, while the second bedroom has custom designer triple bunk beds, a reading nook, and a large closet. Bonus: for your convenience, there is also a washer and a dryer in the unit! What more can you ask for



Guest Access:

Guests have access to the entire house.



The property has a private entrance and comes with an loft-coveted covered parking spot that can accommodate any type of car or SUV – a rarity in San Francisco. Feel free to use two cable TVs powered by Comcast, plus all utilities are all included!



The Neighborhood:

Located on the corner of Spear and Harrison Streets, this luxury loft is in an amazing location just 1 block to the Embarcadero Waterfront and public transportation and many of San Francisco's finest restaurants. Here are some of our favorites:

The property is about 10-minute walk from the Ferry Building, Financial District, SOMA, AT&T Park.



Other Things to Note:

Upon confirmation, we will send a welcome kit that will give you more details about the house and details on gaining entry (sent 3 to 5 days prior to your arrival date).



Tenants must sign a lease and complete all HOA forms prior to their stay



Just a quick heads up that our HOA does not allow move-ins or move-outs on weekends and holidays.



Security Deposit equivalent to one month's rent will be requested at the time of booking. This is fully refundable after the stay as long there are no damages found or no extra cleaning incurred.



Please Note: A processing fee applies to all reservations. This fee is non-refundable in the event of a cancellation, regardless of the timing or reason for the cancellation. We encourage guests to review all reservation details carefully before booking.

    The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was more than happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. The unit was very comfortable for our family of 4. We had everything we needed and were provided with clear instructions from the management company in advance. All I can say is, WOW.

    I stay at many HomeAway's and I have to say this is one of my top 5 favorite places. The space was thoughtfully put together and is an amazing value for the nightly price! I look forward to staying here again.

    We stayed here for a week and had a pleasant time! Jason's home was centrally locates yet still in a serene location. Excellent communication and smooth check-in and chaeck-out. Would definitely stay again!
