Spacious, Luxe, New York-Style Loft in Downtown Salt Lake City!

The location was awesome and in perfect walking distance for everything downtown. The place was very clean and the host accommodated to us perfectly. I can’t highlight how amazing the location of this place was. I will enthusiastically recommend this place to anyone traveling to Salt Lake City.

Teenagers LOVED the loft. It is spacious yet you can hear all the sounds inside, but not outside. Lots of stairs, which I do not mind but some might. Clean, comfy and easy to access. Only concern was the alley you drive down but that is part of staying downtown SLC, nothing to do with the property. Once inside, we had no concerns! Grocery store nearby and food within walking distance.

We enjoyed our stay tremendously. The property was super clean and had every amenity we required. Thank you!

This place is indeed luxe, it was comfortable, clean, well supplied and organized, and absolutely gorgeous! Andrew was fantastic and clear and speedy in communication. It was a very enjoyable stay.

This property couldn't have been more perfect for our group this week. We appreciated the free parking, the locked parking gate, the cleanliness, ease of checking in and out, and especially the location. We were within a few blocks of everything we wanted to do. Communication with Andrew was so fast and easy and he was very helpful and accommodating. We loved all the thoughtful details: lavender sachets on each bed, a tray of clementines, fresh flowers on each level, just to name a few. It was beautifully and comfortably furnished. We can reaffirm that RocTacos across the street has amazing tacos and Harmon's grocery store is just a block away, very convenient. I hate to leave such a glowing review because we want it to be available when we return! But it's well- deserved. We rent vrbos a lot and this was one of the best. accommodating

Excellent property! Super location in heart of downtown SLC. Our hosts were the best to work with and made our stay top notch. Clean, great patio, fresh flowers throughout home and really responsive hosts made our birthday getaway perfect. I would definitely stay there again and Andrew was awesome to work with. This was a very cool place to stay. Downtown close to all sorts of restaurants and venues. The property had private parking and the layout was very nice.

We had a short stay in this loft and wish we could have stayed longer. The beds were very comfortable and the space was clean with nice decor and finishes. The location was great with a nice view from the patio. We will stay here again!

Beautiful property in a great downtown location. Comfortable beds and bedding. Parking spots were an added bonus. It is a loft, so there are a lot of stairs. Andrew was super helpful! Would absolutely stay there again.
