The Neighborhood
Listed as one of the top places to visit in 2017 by Frommer's, Travel & Leisure, and AFAR, Nashville's wide variety of restaurants, entertainment, live music, sports, and sights attract visitors from around the world. The Gulch neighborhood is among the most dynamic in the city. Home to a variety of hospitality options, including that nationally celebrated restaurant Biscuit Love and the rooftop bar at the Thompson Nashville, the Gulch is a destination of its own to experience some of Nashville's unique culture.

Getting Around
ON FOOT
With so many options for dining and entertainment just steps away, you can get to most places by foot! Your unit will include a detailed map that shows the great places you can visit in just a few blocks.

RIDESHARE
There are rideshares all over the city from Uber, Lyft, and even Earth Rides (Tesla cars only). They are easy to call anytime day or night. Pro traveler tip: download all apps to your phone so you can compare prices and get the cheapest option!

TAXIS
See the ride share option above, taxis are available however few and far between and can be quite pricey in Nashville. There are so many taxi companies that we really cannot recommend any one over another, and we encourage you to investigate rates and reviews to find one that suits your needs.

MTA BUSES
The MTA (Metro Transit Authority) Buses run all over Metro Nashville and even some surrounding counties. Very reasonable fares and a wide range of routes make the bus a cheap and easily navigable choice for visitors.

The unit was nice for a long weekend. The location was great - close walk to most things. We had a few questions while we were there and the host was very responsive. The unit was clean but very industrial . Not warm and cozy, but more modern. Just what we needed for a long weekend The laundry was an added bonus. betray.

Great location, apartment was clean, however, the last minute 40 a day parking fee was unexpected. We stayed two nights so that was an extra 80. The AC was very noisy. Every time it turned on, it made a loud thud. Sleeping all night was impossible. As soon as we would get to sleep, we were startled awake and exhausted the next morning. Not the Owner‘s fault but the morning we left there was a main break in the waterline so we had no water for showers or coffee. .

We were very pleased with our stay. Unit was on a prime location and within walking distance to numerous places including Broadway and Ryman Auditorium as well as various museums. We would definitely stay here again.

Cool accommodation, close to good restaurants and a short distance to incredible music venues. My only gripe would be about the lack of a tv bigger the the average computer monitor with no local channels available.

Great location and easy access. Parking addition was not inexpensive but equivalent to the surrounding area. Ability to enter and exit without additional cost made parking cost worthwhile.

Great place in a great spot. Neighborhood was very safe, full of great restaurants, coffee shops, etc. It was never dull, but far enough away from Broadway to not feel an obnoxious party scene — but it was close if you wanted. The industrial feel of the apartment was charming! The AC was a little loud, but that was well advertised and not so loud as to “ding” it on a review. I wish parking was included, but again, it was well advertised that it wasn’t — and it wasn’t so expensive to warrant staying somewhere else, either. The management was VERY responsive and super nice! Overall, if going back to Nashville, I’d definitely consider staying here again. Thanks for an awesome stay!

Wife and I needed a relaxing weekend away. We loved this property. This property has a very modern feel, very spacious, and excellent location. Property is a mile from Broadway so a bit of a walk, but we found many restaurants and shopping literally out front of the property. The price point compared to others in the downtown area is what drew us to it, we would definitely stay here again. The only thing negative I could say is everything about the property is upscale except the shower. A tile shower would have added to the look and feel of the rest of the property. Nothing wrong with tub/shower worked fine. Just lost a little wow factor.
