You will find unique housewares, wonderful boutiques for men and women filled with apparel, accessories and shoes, precious children's clothing, antiques, high-end outdoor furniture, light fixtures, art by local artisans, consignment items, books about Coastal Carolina, and so much more!
Property owner was very nice and supportive. They were there to provide anything we needed. It was perfect for our short stay and Georgetown in very charming. You will enjoy renting this property.
This is the second time we have stayed here and we plan to come back again ! Totsie is a wonderful host and the property, location and town are fantastic. We would not think of staying anywhere else. Highly recommended.
Wonderful Property. Great location. Everything was perfect. Plan to stay there again soon !
My wife and I stayed for a few nights and loved the Lawft. I agree with all of the other great reviews, and in particular the ones mentioning the communication with Totsie, who is a great host. Rather than repeat other reviewers, I will provide some recommendations for things to do while you’re at the Lawft. The historic district is charming and the people are incredibly nice. Everyone says hello. Rollin Local was good and reasonably priced. Between the Antlers has a great location on the water and live music when we were there. The food was good but not great, but I would go back for sure for the atmosphere. Coffee Break Cafe has really good omelets and although the coffee was fine, I thought Indigo Bakery had better coffee. Although not a liquor store, Indigo Mercantile has wine and a small craft beer selection. We didn’t eat at the Big Tuna but that was our hang out spot. Within minutes of sitting at the bar we made friends with Xavier (“X”) the bartender, and Bucky, the owner. Great guy with some great stories. Pawleys Island is a short drive, like 15 - 20 minutes. Bistro 217 and Local were both very good. I’m not really into botanical gardens, but have to admit that Brookgreen Gardens was pretty incredible. We will definitely stay at the Lawft again if we’re back in the area.
5 stars for this one! Accommodations were clean and tidy and spacious rooms for relaxing. Can't beat the location - walking distance to town and the marina. Great host!
Even with bad weather, we had an amazing trip! Thank you Ms. Totsie!
Love the “Lawft”. It is within walking distance to great restaurants and shopping. Georgetown is a very historical town and the apartment is within walking distance to it all! Not our first stay and definitely will not be our last.
The place was unique and easy walking distance to downtown Georgetown. The host made us feel at home. We were there for a wedding and all the venues were in walking distance. I would highly recommend.
This a very spacious and comfortable property within easy walking distance of the shops and restaurants in Georgetown. The property was very clean and ideal for a multiple night stay. We greatly enjoyed our stay and will definitely be back.
My husband and I were in town for a long weekend to explore Georgetown and Pawleys Island. The Lawft was a perfect “home base” to explore the area. It’s located within a block of the historic Georgetown district with easy access to a variety of restaurants, stores, and the boardwalk and easy access to Hwy 17 (which follows the coastline). We felt welcomed from the moment we arrived, where Totsie met and greeted us with a box of cookies and a tour around the apartment. It is beautifully decorated with obvious personal touches, is well stocked with all the essentials, and was immaculate. We enjoyed our visit, the apartment, and Totsie’s hospitality.
We really enjoyed staying at the Lawft!!!!
It was a great weekend getaway, we will return! Cannot beat the location!

Spacious and very classically decorated. The location is perfect for walking through historic Georgetown and only 15 minutes from Pawleys Beach. Host is gracious and easily accessible if you need anything. Plenty of extras supplied. We loved the property and will go back again!
Had a lovely weekend in Georgetown. The Lawft is beautifully furnished and comfortable. It is located within easy walking distance of the Georgetown Harborwalk, and many restaurants and shops. Totsie is a welcoming, gracious host. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay!
As always, we enjoyed our stay! :)
Awesome property!
We really enjoyed our stay at the Lawf! It was super unique and no where like I’ve stayed before. Totsie was an incredible host. She called me days before check in to go over the process and was just very welcoming. She met us with the key and was nothing but hospitable. It was a bonus that the Lawf was in a great location. Definitely recommend!!!
