Stayed Aug 13, 2016A very large and clean appartment with all possible facilities. The owners are friendly and helpful. You have 2 bicycles you can use and a place outside where you can have breakfast in the shadow. The location of the appartment in the quiet left side of Pesaro, with supermarket nearby and many nice restaurants. The small beach with half free beach and half beds with umbrella's you can hire. The distance to the boulevard and old town on the other side of the harbour can be done by foot. We've had a nice stay and are very satisfied about this appartment.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969An excellent apartment and Marco is an excellent host. The apartment is spotless, modern and contains every feature you require for a wonderful residence. The location is... very quiet, safe and the lovely sandy, public beach is a 5-10 minute walk. It was also fantastic to have the use of 2 bicycles - and a child seat - which made it very easy to pop around Pesaro (Pesaro has a considerable number of dedicated cycle paths). And Marco and his wife are very friendly and welcoming hosts too. They were very kind to us and made our stay easy and enjoyable. It was perfect for our family beach holiday and I would recommend this property 100%+

Stayed Dec 31, 1969The appartement was very nice, new and clean. We felt very much welcomed by the owners, who really did their best to make us feel happy. We even could use 2 bicycles. One of the owners is speaking dutch. The nearby beach is great, as is the environment. Shops and a bank are close by. A lot of nice places in the neighbourhood to go to or to visit. A little minus is the noisiness in the morning from garbage-trucs and a daily barking dog across the street. Next to that the patio has no view, but is quiet and private. The owner has said to solve the lack of airco in the house next year.
