PRIVATE STRUCTURE (RENT ONLY) – Villa Luisa is a private villa with pool and sea view in Pesaro, in Le Marche region. The elegant historic city center offers many art-historical itineraries and every evening shows and events enliven the summer, like the famous Rossini Opera Festival. Surrounded by a large park rich in plants and centuries-old olive trees, this villa is the ideal place to relax in total privacy and enjoy pleasant days at the beach on the Adriatic coast, which is about 5km away. Guests have access to a bright panoramic veranda perfect for al fresco eating as well as a barbecue area equipped with table and chairs. The property is completely fenced-in.

The villa is on two levels. On the ground floor there is an open space with living room and kitchen, bathroom with shower, double bedroom with ensuite bathroom with shower, double bedroom (beds can be joined upon request) with the possibility of adding an extra single bed. On the first floor which is accessible via internal staircase or from the outside there is a large living room with dining table and panoramic terrace, kitchen, bathroom with Jacuzzi, two double bedrooms and a single bedroom. Guests have access to a large veranda equipped with table and chairs accessible both from the outside and from the ground floor. Air conditioning is available in the open space and in one double bedroom on the ground floor, as well as in two double bedrooms on the first floor.

The hosts were super friendly and gave us helpful recommendations. The villa has everything you need, is very clean and surrounded by beautiful nature. We very much enjoyed the pool, since the ocean is quite far away. The house is family and pet friendly which we appreciated. Overall a perfect holiday.

Wow, what a place! Villa Luisa is huge, beautiful, and super clean. Check-in and check-out were a breeze, and the owners are some of the kindest and most caring people I’ve ever met, they really make you feel right at home. The area is very peaceful, but you’re only about 30 minutes from Rimini. There are fun party spots nearby if you want some nightlife, as well as gorgeous beaches and great restaurants for Family and Friends. Honestly, it was the perfect holiday, amazing villa, lovely hosts, and the best mix of relaxation and things to do. Highly recommend!

Absolutely fabulous location in the hills outside Pesaro overlooking the sea. The house was perfect for our family holiday. The pool and garden were just great, the house spotlessly clean, very well equipped and spacious. Our hosts gave us great recommendations and had a lovely meals out and visited what must be the most beautiful wine bar in the world in a vineyard on cliffs above the Adriatic. Highly recommend this house and indeed the whole experience of holidaying in this wonderful part of Italy.

We have spent an excellent holiday week with 10 people in Villa Luisa end July 2024. Excellent location and view, the house, swimming pool and surroundings are very spacious and very nice. Swimming pool and garden was very well maintained. The owners are very nice and helpful in case needed. The area has many nice visit and eating opportunities.

First of all I would like to thank Cinzia and Loredana for having us. They were incredibly nice, available at any time and gave us great tips. Even DH Villa, Andreas, took care of us and asked if we needed anything. All in all a perfect service. The house is beautiful and the garden is big and just wonderful with a great pool. The view over Pesaro to the adriatic sea from the terrace/patio is incredible! All rooms were clean, towels and sheets were available. The kitchen was very well equipped. We, 4 adults, 2 children and a dog, had a wonderful time and will definitely return!
