About this space
This spacious lower level apartment has plenty of windows that let in morning light as you scan Margate's farmland. Horses graze in the fields behind. Inside, a large dining area, spacious kitchen, comfy living room, and a room with a double bed are joined by 2 large bedrooms (1 with desk space) to offer a very relaxing experience.

The space
You've parked at the end in the turn around near the end of a long driveway in Margate, and as you walk into The Rancher's large, above grade apartment through the back entrance and down a few stairs, you're struck by the brightness and the space. The dining area, with a warm electric fireplace to keep you cozy after a day at the beach in Thunder Cove (or after a day of hard work), is linked to a kitchen with fridge, oven, coffee maker, kettle, juicer, blender, slow cooker, toaster and every kitchen item you need to make a great supper. Off the kitchen is a room that can be used as a third bedroom (setup with a double bed - door but no windows) plus a separate comfortable living area. Start down the hallway and you'll see a bathroom with stand up shower on your left and then two large bedrooms at the end of the hall, one with a large workspace. There's also your own laundry closet with washer and dryer. There is a FireTV & DVD Player and fast Bell Fibe WiFi.

Guest access
The apartment is accessed via a shared ground level back door that leads to a short staircase to the PRIVATE interior entrance. The outer door uses a keypad lock and the inner apartment door used a regular key lock. You will have sole access to the large lower level apartment at The Rancher plus freedom to run around and all over the huge shared backyard, which stretches back to the neighbour's horse paddock and to a border with a cattle farm two doors down. Spend the evenings around the fire pit in the backyard, before heading inside where you can enjoy a nice library of books, modern and classics, and a bunch of boardgames are at the ready.

Other things to note
In the upper level at The Rancher, there's a family of five including three active young boys plus a young dog. Expect to hear some pitter patter of feet of the kids enjoying life.
