Stayed Dec 31, 2025First and foremost, the host never replied to any of our messages, not a single one. We never checked in. We needed to move our dates due to a medical issue with my grandparent. Host never replied to help us, just took the money and ran I guess. We did book with the insurance so we're hoping we get our money back. We have since been to New Orleans after this booking and drove by the property and we were so glad we didn't stay. You could see 3 wrecked cars and cars on blocks, horrible horrible neighborhood, Palestinian flags across the street. Granted, that this house looked okay from the outside but we never went inside because we never checked in. But the pictures of the property from the outside that are on vrbo do not give you a good sense of the neighborhood you would have been in. I would not stay there with my family even if we wouldn't have tried to canceled. If you want me edit this review in the future, you need to make this right. But as it stands right now, I hope no one tries to take their family here.

Stayed Nov 26, 2025The home was spacious and nicely decorated, and it provided enough room for our family to gather for the holiday. We did have several family members and children visiting for Thanksgiving, so the house was a bit louder than normal. Since the host lives directly upstairs and the walls are thin, noise concerns were brought up, which made us more cautious during the stay.There were also a few things that didn’t fully match the listing or needed attention. The listing mentioned Smart TVs throughout, but there were only two TVs in the unit and they weren’t working during our visit. The dryer door was broken, and toiletries and laundry detergent were not available.Overall, the property has a nice layout and good potential.

Stayed Oct 20, 2025Home was beautiful and clean! My family and I will definitely be back for Mardi Gras. The neighborhood was nice and quiet. Has everything we needed at the tip of our fingers. We really enjoyed our visit.

Stayed Oct 17, 2025Our stay was so nice. It was just like it is on the pictures. Nice and clean and welcoming. The renter was very nice with welcoming us and made sure when had access to property when we arrived. I rate this a 10 star not 5. It was really exactly as we expected our stay to be and better.
