Spacious Downtown Apartment – Walk to Old Town FC!

Would stay again! There were three couples staying for two nights. There was ample parking space for three vehicles, the living area, bedrooms and kitchens were very spacious and the kitchen was stocked with general spices, coffee and tea. We loved how close it was to Old Town...we walked both nights to dinner. We stayed on a weekend and the place was very quiet. It was extremely clean and had plenty of towels and nice shampoo/conditioner/body wash. The host was very responsive to questions that I had. Absolutely loved it!!

Five of us traveled from all over the country to spend a wonderful weekend of music, outdoor adventures and good food in Fort Collins, and this home met nearly all of our needs/expectations. The condo is spacious, very clean, modern and not too far from Old Town. The host was extremely helpful and always prompt with her communication. Bedrooms are comfortable and spacious. There is a guest book with lots of helpful information. The only reasons I did not give this home 5 stars were 1: We cooked dinner at home several nights and found the kitchen to be lacking some pretty basic things one needs for cooking for 5 people. This includes a large pot, large cutting board, blender, additional wine glasses…to name a few. All easy things to remedy. The second reason has to do with the large rocks near the entrance of the property. At night, they are hard to see, and one person in our party took a pretty good fall. Perhaps a motion light near the rocks?

Large great room and kitchen. Good sized bedrooms. AC was cold. Did not need heat. Walkable to Old Town restaurants.

Absolutely loved this location. The apartment was so big it gave us so much room to sit around and visit, eat together, etc. Would definitely stay here again

Property is very clean, spacious, and well equipped. Also great location for walkers. Coffee shop was about a half a mile down the road so we walked almost every day. We had two minor issues (smoke detector and WiFi hookup) and property manager was available and very responsive about both. Cute little outdoor area. Would definitely stay here again.

Nice property and good location -- on the edge of old town, but an easy walk for dining and shops. A little tricky to find the entrance and off-street parking when you arrive, but you quickly get the hang of it. Would definitely rent again.

Perfect weekend getaway. Everything was super clean and nice. Only downside is there were no fans in the room but it was not a problem. House was stocked well if you needed to cook. Definitely would stay here again.

Great stay

We were in town from the east coast for a wedding and loved being so close to Old Town. We walked to restaurants and shops. We did think there would be one more bed rather than an air mattress but the mattress was just as comfortable once it was set up. Would definitely stay here again.

The property was ideal for our group. The three separate bedrooms and two baths made for a comfortable arrangement, and we enjoyed being able to cook on occasion. The neighborhood felt very safe and distance to Old Town was a short drive or an easy walk.

Clean and well appointed. Awesome kitchen. Very accessible to old town. Bikes had flat tires and air pump broken, but quickly resolved after sending text to manager. Only downfall was the nightly noise from the busy road. Ear plugs provided on each night stand. It was perfect for our family wedding weekend.

We loved how open and bright the main living space was. Having off-street parking was nice and the location was very convenient to downtown. The bedrooms were spacious. The kitchen was well equipped. If I were being picky, I would say an improvement would be more end tables in the living room and possibly a living room chair.

This apartment was perfect for us- great size, great style, had everything we needed, and great location! It was so easy to get everywhere in Fort Collins. And Stacy was so easy to communicate with! We would definitely book again if we are back in the area.

We enjoyed our stay at the condo. Very clean and plenty of room with the three bedrooms. Easy walk into town and Christmas lights in Fort Collins beautiful. Stacey was great with communication.

We had a wonderful time here and really enjoyed our stay. Also loved seeing the bunny rabbits hop around the backyard every morning!

We were a little worried at first when we realized this was over a commercial business, but the apartment was very nice. Easily walkable to downtown Fort Collins, grocery, and New Belgium brewery. Very comfortable beds and very clean overall.

Great property for Fort Collins weekend- close to Old Town and CSU- liked the local vendor discounts. Super clean and comfortable space with off street parking. Perfect for bringing grandparents to see CSU student!

The apartment is bigger than it appears online and the layout worked well for our family. Old town and the breweries are nearby, and both Poudre Canyon and Horsetooth Reservoir are easy drives for natural beauty. We would definitely return next time we’re in Ft. Collins!
