Stayed Feb 6, 2026We never were given correct access code to enter the condominium. We called while at the property to resolve the situation. We were told our payment was not paid and it was returned as insufficient funds. However, the account had the funds. In fact hours after leaving the property funds were withdrawn from that same account. We were asleep in a hotel room.
