Spacious 3BR/3BA Riverfront Retreat with Private Balcony & Sweeping Ohio River Views

New Richmond itself is a hidden gem. The work on the hotel was tastefully nostalgic while fitted with modern styles. Spacious is an understatement

We were visiting family in the area so the location was great. The host was extremely communicative and accommodating.The unit itself was clean and comfortable. Lots of space to spread out. We loved popping next door to the local coffee shop with the kids for early morning treats. Would highly recommend!

The balcony was best place. Pretty view and to people watch. Bathrooms were very small, outdated, and only negative to stay. Plenty of room elsewhere in apartment and kitchens updated. Very clean throughout and beds comfortable. Need to update check in procedures with newly painted access doors colors. Got a little confused but found quickly. Overall a great stay and location.

Close to everything. Cute little river town. Balcony was used everyday! Drinking coffee and watching the river. Beds were comfy and a lot of space.

This place was everything we needed for a getaway. It had an incredible view and plenty of room for us, being the large group we were. 10/10 definitely recommend.

The property was exactly as pictured and described. The suite was IMMACULATE! New Richmond is a small, quaint town but offers multiple eating and entertainment options. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in New Richmond and highly recommend this property to anyone visiting the area.

We had a wonderful stay at Springer House while in town for a recent Riverbend show. The space was perfect for 2 couples. With 3 bedrooms & bathrooms, and 2 kitchens, there was plenty of privacy. We especially loved the balcony overlooking the river. It is an adorable little town. We were sorry to be leaving right when the River Days festival was getting ready to start, and would definitely come back for that in the future. This is the place I will try to book again anytime I am visiting the Cincinnati area!

We enjoyed our girls weekend stay at The Springer House. The view of the Ohio river is great and the tiny town of New Richmond is just about 30 minutes from downtown Cincinnati.

We stayed at the Springer House for a weekend getaway. Springer House was wonderful! House was a perfect fit, beautiful decor, plenty of space and had everything we needed. Easy communication with the host. Highly recommend!

We were so pleased to have found The Springer House. It is a clean, well decorated,fully stocked, roomy apartment with a cozy feel and a deck overlooking the Ohio River. Loved the historical info and photos of the building and town.

The accommodations were excellent extremely clean and comfortable the winter evening in New Richmond during a Christmas parade day, including jersey calves and a petting zoo great extremely convenient eating establishments, including Christmas carols made us feel like we’re in a Hallmark movie

My second stay. It’s everything I need. I noticed little things this time. Master BR table lamps need attention, dust balls behind Master bed on floor near wall, previous renters food left in frig. And some light bulbs out. Maybe a deeper cleaning will take care of that. I mention that only for your benefit.

Everyone needs some time away. This beautiful historic site, amazing weather, & a quaint town with great atmosphere made for a relaxing girl's weekend.
