We stayed at this property last year and we loved so this was one of the major decision to come back this year. well, it was a totally different experience this year. we were extremely disappointed by the readiness and cleanliness of the apartment. it was not clean, water leaks everywhere, bathroom and kitchen. washer not working, one bathroom completely out of commission for continuous water leak. main shower drain not working. Wifi password provided in welcome email does not work. when contacted the host I was advised if i am dissatisfied I can leave the property but off course no refunds???thanks to Adnan the building keeper he fixed almost everything but why do we have to go through this, why the property was not checked after each tenet to ensure everything is working. We really liked the location and would love to stay there a third time but a little hesitant on what to expect.
