The Space:

This spacious 3 bed 2 bath condo is right across the street from ETSU in beautiful Johnson City, TN. We designed this boho condo with comfort in mind because we love a restful place to start or end the day. There's room for your whole crew to spread out in style as you’ll find a comfy king-sized bed in the master bedroom with an attached full bathroom.



The other bedrooms have two queen beds and a workspace! The condo sleeps 6 comfortably, as there are beds for 6 people. But in a pinch, the couch in the living room is a futon, so you could fit more if needed. The kitchen is fully stocked with all the tools and supplies you need for a home-cooked meal!

Guest Access:

This is a ground unit with super easy access. Parking is also easy but is limited to the one assigned spot, with one more vehicle permitted in the visitor parking. The parking spaces just outside the unit are for other units so you'll want to stick to the areas described in your check-in.



The Neighborhood:

ETSU is right across the street and our lively downtown JC is just a few minutes down the road. But if you get the late-night munchies, the condo is a stone's throw from some of our favorite fast food places: Pal's (a local staple), Cookout, and Wendy's. If you're feeling a bit fancier, you could walk over to the fantastic gem that is Wellington's restaurant located inside the Carnegie Hotel right next to the unit. There's live Jazz every Thursday night! Keep in mind this is directly across from ETSU campus so you may hear some college noises from time to time!



Getting Around:

This is a ground unit with super easy access. Parking is also easy but is limited to the one assigned spot, with one more vehicle permitted in the visitor parking. The parking spaces just outside the unit are for other units so you'll want to stick to the areas described in your check-in.

While we welcome pets in our homes, we do charge a flat fee to cover the extra cleaning costs and resources needed to ensure the removal of pet hair and dander to the best of our ability and that the space is thoroughly cleaned for future guests. We strive to offer a welcoming environment for everyone, including those with pets, and this fee helps us keep our properties in excellent condition.



We kindly ask that pets be kept off of furniture, including beds. Any evidence of pets on furniture may result in additional fines. We appreciate your cooperation in helping us maintain the quality of our spaces for all guests.



We allow a maximum of two (2) pets/service animals, and NO cats or birds, in our homes. All pets must be crate-trained and house-broken.



We have a $300 fine for any unreported pets, as we want to ensure our cleaners have the extra time needed to properly sanitize and remove any excess hair. We pride ourselves on impeccable cleanliness and this helps us maintain our standard for future travelers.









LONG TERM STAYS:

Please note that for reservations of 28 days or longer, the cleaning fee is increased to account for the additional time and effort required to thoroughly prepare the space after an extended stay. This adjusted fee may not be automatically reflected in the total shown at checkout during the booking process. If applicable, it will be communicated and then added separately prior to your stay.     4.5 starsExcellent response time on communications.I slept in the master bedroom bed, so I can attest to the fact that it was very comfortable for me. I have serious neck and shoulder issues. It is stressful to even think about sleeping in any bed but mine at home. I was so relieved when I tried out the bed (first thing) after I arrived.This condo is everything for location in Johnson City, and is located on the 1st floor of the building. Great parking as well.I give it a 4.5 star rating because I was frustrated with the kitchen cabinet doors. Broke two nails trying to open them. Yes, I would stay there again.

    The condo was very clean and inviting. The beds were comfortable and the bathrooms have everything you need. You can hear the trains go by, so if sensitive to noise you might bring earplugs to sleep in. The parking area is well-lit for safety, so consider bringing a sleep mask as some light filters through the curtains.

    We stayed for family weekend and enjoyed walking to everything on campus at ETSU. The place was as advertised, clean and comfortable - a bit of noise but this was expected and worth the convenience of the location. We enjoyed our stay!

    Very clean n in good location. I didn’t like that the cleaning supply was in the master bedroom. Had a bad smell to the closet. Like the mop the vacuum. Need to find other place to put it. Overall was very nice. I would recommend to our friends.

    The cleanliness, check-in process and communication met all our expectations and the property was as pictured in the listing. I would only recommend that blackout curtains be added to all the windows in the condo. There are bright flood lights outside all of the units in the condo complex that keep the interior of condo well lit throughout the night, which made it difficult for everyone in our party to sleep, in addition to a train that ran along a nearby train track three to four times a night.

    Exactly as the pictures showed! Had a great time. The beds were very comfortable and all appliances worked perfectly. Instructions for check in and check out were clear. I would book again in the future!
