Spacious 2 bedroom apartment with free parking

I liked the layout, spacious rooms; & screened in porch.

Immediately after getting to property I tripped going up the stairs due to the stairs being at different heights. My husband tripped for the same reason later. There are so many screws that are at different heights in the floor that our shoes kept getting caught and causing trips nonstop. The kitchen was stocked well, but there were huge roaches that threw me off from using the kitchen too much.Sitting on the front porch at night my husband found a marijuana joint laying on the floor by one of the tables. We were only there for one night, so it served it's purpose, but I'd probably not rent again.

This was a very comfortable, well equipped home. We enjoyed spending time in the screened porch. Location was excellent.

Great proximity to the beach! Host was pleasant and accommodating, responded quickly to questions. Downstairs neighbors are friendly. Cleanliness left a little to be desired (sand grains on the floor, my wife saw a large bug).

The host was quick to respond. Check-in/check-out instructions were clear. The location was one block from beach access and a great local restaurant! The neighborhood felt safe. Very walkable to just about anywhere. Parking on premises was a plus! The porch was great. The beds were comfortable. The kitchen was clean and pretty well-stocked. Things we wish we’d had: a dustpan; a full set of measuring cups; a couple extra shelves above the toilet; blinds in the kitchen. Would recommend.

The property was beautiful and they were super responsive when I sent questions. The living room has a bit of a weird setup, but the place can easily sleep 6. Will definitely stay here again when we come back to Tybee.

Great location near the beach. Wife and I stayed with our 2 teenaged kids. The extra long couch was comfortable and served as a bed for one of them. They even provided bedding specifically for the couch. Place was clean. We got a lot of use out of the screened in porch (great for morning coffee, or a cold one later in the day). Just a short walk from great seafood at Salt Island or Ice Cream at the Sugar Shack.

We had a great time at the beach in this Tybee Island apartment! The host provided directions and check in instructions that were easy to follow, so we had no trouble finding or accessing the apartment. The unit was spacious, well furnished, and exactly as described. Beach access couldn't be easier - cross one street (crosswalk right at the intersection) and you're there! If I had to complain about anything, it would be that the dishes and cookware in the kitchen were not very clean - but that is a minor quibble compared to how nice everything else was.

We stayed in this apartment for a weekend with our family of four. Everything you would need was provided and the communication with the host was wonderful. All questions we had were answered promptly and she checked in with us before our arrival and during our stay to ensure that everything was fine. We enjoyed the art and decorations, which made it feel like a home. The house is located only a block away from the beach access and only a short drive to attractions on Tybee Island. We would stay here again and recommend this apartment to friends and family.

Owner was so accommodating and the location can’t be beat. Beautiful rental and very clear instructions.

Bridget was very welcoming and reached-out a couple times to check on us. We had a fantastic stay and the location being 1 block from the beach was the perfect location for our friends' wedding on the beach.
