Stayed Oct 24, 2020Very nice neighborhood, close to Botanical Garden (great place) and to Tower Grove park (so nice to walk)... the apartment has all you need... it is easy go (by app) to down town and other areas. I’m happy to have chose this place.

Stayed Jun 16, 2021Overall it was a great stay in a great neighborhood. The apartment/condo is as advertised. It's an old south St. Louis building, so it's typical style of that neighborhood. The place is generally updated, with a good sturdy bed, plenty of closet space for a short trip, and it's location is stellar. It's not a huge place, so if you're looking for something big then look elsewhere. For my family of 3 it was perfect. If I had to be picky I'd say the bathroom and kitchen were a little small. If you're tall you may have an issue with the bathroom (I'm not that tall). Owner seems nice and it was mostly quiet in the building. We came during a very hot stretch and the A/C kept us nice and cool. The laundry came in helpful too. Overall I would recommend!

Stayed Jun 8, 2021The apartment is as stated and looks just like the pictures. Mike is fantastic and always available. There are steps, and if you are on the 2nd floor, it can be challenging. Great location; everything is less than 10 min away. Six flags is a 30 min easy drive. I will book this location again and will refer all my friends. Thanks Mike!
