Soulard Gem Dual Master 2BR w/ own EnSuites & Deck

We really enjoyed our stay here. The place was lovely and very clean, which I appreciated. The dedicated parking spot was convenient. The only issue I had (which can't be helped) is my husband is visually-impaired so navigating the pathway to the door was a little difficult for him but the other three of us had no problem. I had read some comments about temperature, but we were very comfortable the entire stay (and I hate to be hot). We were there Monday-Friday morning so it was a quiet stay for us. This was our first time to stay in a VRBO and Joe set the bar high. He communicated well with us and addressed the one issue we had, which was a remote control that didn't work. He took care of it right away even though I mentioned it wasn't urgent. I would definitely recommend this property to others.

We really enjoyed our stay. It was located in a fun neighborhood and not far from downtown attractions like Busch Stadium and the Arch. It was also very close to the Busch brewery. The house was clean and very comfortable and we felt safe during our stay.

Jim was terrific & responsive through the whole stay. The place was super clean & near many wonderful dining options.

This home was an absolute gem in the heart of Soulard!! We booked a last minute trip due to a family emergency and Joe was more than accommodating and we loved the notes left for us when we entered the home. It was clean and the deck was an enjoyable convenience even though it rained for most of the trip. We loved the dedication parking and it was within walking distance to a lot of nice bars and restaurants. The kitchen and bathrooms were fully stocked and the beds were so comfortable! If it’s available we’ll definitely be booking another stay at this beautiful home when we return to STL to visit.

Location was great if you like the night life! We were close to terrific food and great bars. Our host, Joe, was top notch! Been to several short stays and met great hosts but Joe is 2nd to none. Truly a pleasure meeting you in person Joe. Until our next visit to STL.

Close rides to everything we wanted to see. Very clean and Joe was easy to communicate with. Plenty of good eating and drinking places within walking distance. Beautiful old neighborhood.

Great location in the Soulard neighborhood. Just over a mile from Busch Field, within easy Uber distance of everything downtown including awesome restaurants. Joe, the owner, was great All in all when we come back for more ballgames we will rent again.

Space was super clean and the decor was nice. It had everything we needed, including comfy beds, linens, towels, and a full kitchen. The neighborhood is eclectic but overall seemed safe. A lot of young professionals living nearby and it had a “hip” kind of vibe with a lot of local restaurants.

What a lovely place to stay!!! I think they thought of everything for an awesome get-away! The beds are top-notch!! The hot water for baths are amazing, would love to stay here again if ever in St. Louis! They had extra supplies in pantry, which is nice if you forget something, very clean, loved the balcony, too! It was a little noisy outside for my liking, but I live in the country so that would be expected I guess. Overall, it was a great stay and everything was good.

Perfectly located to restaurants and bars. The home was delightful and the property manager was very friendly and responsive. He even checked in with us to see if we needed anything.

The property was exactly as portrayed on the VRBO website. The en-suite bathrooms to bedrooms were perfect for our needs. An added bonus was the early bag storage & late bag storage. The host answered emails quickly & nicely.

We had a terrific time in St Louis!! The house was in a perfect location for us!! It was great!! Lots of great places to eat close by. Joe was wonderful and the place was excellent!!

The property was great and communication couldn’t be better. Had 11 yr old twins and 2 adults. Location was great for stay Monday-Friday. Helps to have white noise at night, but not bad. Close to everything you would want to experience STL.

Was in town for an event at the Enterprise Center. Adorable little place that was perfect for our needs. Location was very safe and very walkable to many fun eats (or very short drive to tourist hot spots downtown). Absolutely perfect for our needs. Condo was exactly as advertised and VERY comfortable. Easy walk to several restaurants and the farmers market area. Owner/property host, Joe was great with communicating throughout the entire process from booking to checkout. Would highly recommend!

The rental was very clean and Joe was always quick to reply with answers to my questions. The neighborhood had so many fun options. We will definitely go back.

We were in town for a family wedding and were very surprised with this adorable place. Soulard is noisy, bring earplugs or earphones and an eye mask to block out light if you are light sensitive. This is a lively part of town and we expected some level of noise. Great stay!!

The property was close to several restaurants and bars in Soulard. We felt very safe and extremely comfortable in this unit. Joe was prompt when communicating and the property was just as described online. We would stay here again.

Ck in was great, Joe the manager was great to work with. Clean house, smaller bedroom bed was creaky and didn’t seem like a queen. Bathroom needs a cart next to sink for toiletries. Close to Busch Stadium. All around great place . Would stay again
