We wanted to stay close to our concert venue at the Union Transfer. This location was perfect! Not only was it walking distance but clean, safe and secure!! I took my 15 yr old daughter and her friend and they loved the loft! Wish we could have stayed longer!

Location was great. We walked many places. Cool building but the unit needs a deep, deep clean. The doors, walls, floor were filthy. The couch crevices were gross. Parts of finger nails were on the area rug. The old teflon pans were scratched (scratched pans should be tossed, they are dangerous) no toaster, not a complete set of dishes or silverware, the spatula had eggs from a previous renter still on it. 1/4 cup measuring cup, that's it. Lacking everything in the kitchen. Toilet seat doesn't fit the toilet. Ewww. I wiped a drop of water from the floor in the kitchen and the paper towel was so dirty. Beds in smaller room was not comfortable. Need a washing machine door prop (found on Amazon) for the washing machine. It was closed and hadn't aired out so it stinks. That stink gets on the towels and clothes. Because of the Lack of supplies in the kitchen and dirty state of the unit we would never stay here again. Not a good experience.

My family loved this place. I was a bit worried when we first arrived, I want sure about the neighborhood, but that's Philly. It was overwhelming at first but it was awesome. I say that for anyone who might think the same thing when they arrive. This place is awesome. Great communication with the renter. Very easy check in and out. There is also always someone in the lobby to help and most importantly there is parking included. That is a huge deal in Philly.
