ON-STREET PARKING

Philadelphia has thousands of metered spots throughout the city, perfect if you only plan to park for an hour or two. The area near this unit usually has a little street parking available. Be sure to read all parking signs very carefully before leaving your car to avoid ticketing and towing during hours in which parking may be prohibited.

Otherwise, we recommend getting around the city using Uber or Lyft - its fairly affordable & we'd be happy to share discount codes with you!

The desk clerk was super helpful to all the patrons trying to navigate the cumbersome online way of booking parking and managing guests

The room was super clean and tidy! The bed was super comfy too. No TV though which kind of stinks but that’s ok!

Great experience overall. Huge space on the edge of center city hub, with on-site parking! Pet-friendly!! We did not use the kitchen or laundry machines but it was nice to have the option. We are former Philly locals and I do not think you can get a better deal than this. You get what you pay for; the walls could use a scrub and one shower was unusable due to no shower door, and the other bath had no towel bars. These are straightforward repairs/improvements that would get the place a full 5 stars.

The property was very dirty when we got there. Dirt had been swept into the closet. In one of the bathrooms one of the two shower doors was broken and had been removed. There was glass everywhere in the metal frame where it has been. The property was ill equipped to cook - three plates, three bowls, three spoons ..... one small pot and pan. We were a family of three and cooked all meals in the apartment and this was a nuisance. No noise rules were adhered to on our floor. We tried to contact the property three times to clean it and give us some more kitchen supplies but they only responded after we left when asking us to review the property.

This Property is centrally located and is in a prime location to access all the perks of the Downtown and Center City attractions. Minor issues were immediately reconciled by property management and/or host.
