Snowbird Special 30 Day Rental- Set in a 1930s Historic Inn, this 1BR/1BA retreat is a first floor unit on the South End of Tybee! Just a 1/2 block from the beach and a 5-minute walk to the Pier! Your booking includes ONE FREE PARKING PASS good for your stay which allows parking Island-wide in public spaces!

Coastal Southern style w/ beach colors, antiques & comfy King Bed. Private entrance. Full kitchen, sitting areas + Tv's with access to streaming your accounts!

We're thrilled to welcome your furry friends! There's a $100 pet fee per pet, and we ask that you bring a lint roller to help keep the furniture fur free. You MUST seek approval before booking because approval is dependent on the age, breed, and weight of the dog and not all animals will be approved. We're a dog-friendly space; unfortunately, we can't accommodate cats at the moment. Thank you for your understanding. IMPORTANT: Failure to have your dog approved prior to acceptance of your booking can result in an immediate termination of your booking and eviction with NO refund upon arrival or discovery of a pet.

The cleaning fee covers the final cleaning after your stay. A Mid-stay cleaning is required at least once every two weeks, and an additional cleaning fee will apply for each service.

Failure to comply with these rules may result in immediate termination of this Agreement, removal from the property or event, and forfeiture of all payments made.
