Small town apartment just steps to shops, restaurants and the river!

I liked everything about the property. Especially that most everything was within walking distance. The room was spacious, and very clean. I liked that there were snacks, and a small kitchenette. They had everything that you would need, stored away, in case you forget something on your trip. Mike and Jill were very nice, and i will definetely stay with them again the next time i go see my kids. 😁

This was an excellent place too stay. Everything about it is 5 star.

We enjoyed our stay. The apartment was clean, had access to laundry facilities, exercise room was neat n clean, and the added accessories—that you would not find in a hotel—were a pleasant surprise. The ease of getting in touch with the hosts was a plus. When in the area again we will be sure look them up!!! An elevator would have been nice, but I handled the small amount of steps to get to the second floor.

This is a great property to stay at in this town. Way closer than going into Peoria to stay. We have family here and it is so convenient. Plan on staying here in the future!

Great property and easy check-in/out process. I was in town for my HS reunion and this place worked out perfectly. Everything was top quality from the room, amenities, communication, etc. I love that the owners have renovated and repurposed a historic building, giving it new life. I highly recommend this property if you are staying in Chillicothe.

Perfect location to walk the downtown district. Our room was stocked with water, snacks, coffee, tea & anything we may have forgotten. Very clean & updated! We would definitely stay here again!

Everything was great! Location was perfect, right downtown near cute shops, bars and even a movie theater. A short drive to Peoria area restaurants and attractions. Very easy to find and no hassle checking in, extremely clean and comfortable.

I was looking for a place to stay close to Cutright Park and couldn't have found a nicer apartment or location. We felt really safe as the Bacon Building is right across the street from the police station. Our apartment was very nice, a beautiful mix of historic and modern. We didn't have time to explore the historic downtown but will do so in the future.

Very well kept, very safe feeling, near the police department. The apartment was wonderfully maintained and very cute.
