The Neighborhood
The Midtown area is known for its restaurants & nightlife. Here you'll find places like Tavern, Losers, Winners, Kung Fu Saloon, The Patterson House, Clyde's, Hattie B's Hot Chicken, Broadway Brewhouse, and the list goes on! The biggest problem you will have is deciding where to go first. You'll then of course only be one mile from downtown Broadway which has all of the live music & honky tonks your heart desires.

Nearby find TriStar Medical, Vanderbilt University, Centennial Park/Parthenon, West End restaurants and midtown & demonbreun hill bar scene, Belle Meade Plantation, Marathon Village/Antique Archaeology, The Gulch, Downtown YMCA, historical Ryman, Lower Broadway Jack's Bar-B-Que, Honky Tonks, Printer's Alley and much more (Just a 5 minute Lyft ride away).

Getting Around
ON FOOT
Jack Cawthon's Bar-B-Que is next door, Burger King, Subway, and Walgreens. The Midtown hot spots & Broadway will both be about a mile walk away.

RIDESHARE
There are rideshares all over the city from Uber, Lyft, and even Earth Rides (Tesla cars only). They are easy to call anytime day or night. Pro traveler tip: download all apps to your phone so you can compare prices and get the cheapest option!

TAXIS
See the ride share option above, taxis are available however few and far between and can be quite pricey in Nashville. There are so many taxi companies that we really cannot recommend any one over another, and we encourage you to investigate rates and reviews to find one that suits your needs.

MTA BUSES
The MTA (Metro Transit Authority) Buses run all over Metro Nashville and even some surrounding counties. Very reasonable fares and a wide range of routes make the bus a cheap and easily navigable choice for visitors.

NASHVILLE B-CYCLE
Nashville's bicycle sharing program has been a huge success with locals and tourists. Simply walk up to any Nashville B-Cycle station, swipe your credit card, and pick out your red bike!

PARKING
There is a designated free parking on-site with overflow parking across the street from the courtyard.

Enjoyed the kitch feel of the place, along with the location, and parking. Could use a dresser for clothing. One curtain rod came down during our stay. Bathroom could use some more counterspace or a shelf over the toilet. Only one burner on the stove was level enough to cook on. It was clean, quiet and served us well.

It was described clearly on the website. Easy to get in and get out of. Cleanliness was great. Lose to downtown area, 10-15 Lyft ride to broadway.

1.2 miles from Broadway. Great location (12 Lyft ride to Broadway). Cute little place. Easy parking. Very quiet. There was a tiny kitchen which was the perfect size for us because we weren’t making big meals. I would 100% stay again.

Check in and check out was flawless. The space was a little smaller than expected but it was neat and tidy.Kitchen had what we needed and towels were delivered promptly when asked.Property manager was available and pleasant as needed. One recommendation for bedroom windows is to install a room darkening curtain - the shade let in a lot of light on the sides. The beds were super comfortable with plenty of extra linens if needed. Closets were pretty spacious with storage under the bed instead of dressers. The only drawback was the noise. That being said, it is a “party town” and to be expected to some point. There’s plenty to do within walking distance and Uber can be there in no time. It’s also close to the freeway and airport. There was also plenty of off street parking and a locked gate surrounding the apartments.I would give it a 4.5 - it was well worth the money.

There were two couples and we were in town for two nights. The location of this unit is A. A quick Uber to Broadway, the Gulch, and Germantown. The unit itself was clean. The space is small but we were anticipating that based on the listing. Beds were comfy. The outside of the complex could use a little TLC. Communication was great! Would 100% stay here again.

The place was very clean but a little dated. The couch needs to be replaced.
