Sleek Baca Railyard Gem by Cafecito w/ Patio, Laundry, Full Kitchen

Great location next to an amazing cafe!Very quiet and we felt safe and at home.

We absolutely loved our stay! The home was super cute, modern, and spotless — with tons of natural light and every amenity we could possibly need. It was the perfect place for our trip, and we’d absolutely stay here again. Plus, Cafecito next door was such a great spot for breakfast or brunch! Highly recommend.

Andres and Solange have created the perfect oasis in Santa Fe. We recently had the good fortune to spend a couple of nights in one of their properties and had the most zen-like experience. The bubbling fountain and landscape in our courtyard was the perfect location to relax and Cafecito, located on the property, was a great setting to enjoy a yummy breakfast or lunch. Easy access to the walkway leading to the Railyard and the Plaza made it the perfection location to explore Santa Fe. Thanks so much for an amazing couple of days!

We had a very enjoyable stay. The location was fantastic, and the amenities were excellent—everything was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped.If I could give 4.5 stars, I would, but I’m rounding up to 5 because overall, it really was a great place. The natural lighting was ok, though I wouldn’t describe the space as especially light and bright. The one area that could really use improvement was the artificial lighting, particularly in the living room and kitchen. The living room had some decorative lighting that created nice ambience, and there was a small reading lamp, but it wasn’t really functional for general use. The bigger issue was the kitchen: at night, there was virtually no lighting over the main prep areas. The stove light and the dining table light helped a bit, but task lighting—especially over the counters—was noticeably missing.That said, the experience overall was positive, and we really did enjoy our time there. With a few lighting upgrades, this place would be close to perfect.

The apartment was super clean, very modern, and great location! Take the trail to the farmer’s market on Saturday morning or go a little farther and you are at the plaza downtown! Only two rentals available in the entire building so no need to worry about loud neighbors. There is a restaurant attached if you want to dine in. We had a great experience. Had a chance to visit with the owner/architect and she genuinely cares about her guests. They have thought of everything with this place! We will definitely stay here again!
