The kitchen features stainless steel appliances, tile floors and granite countertops. All bedrooms are ample size with Smart TV/DVD players! Enjoy the pool view from the balconies on the 2nd and 3rd floors. There`s a grill at the house and one in the pool area.

Stayed Nov 21, 2025We had a decent stay at this property. Regan the property manager was quick to communicate and also accommodating on an early check in since we booked an additional day we were not able to stay for.The cons were the property was just ‘meh’. There is a lot of wear and tear on the home and just overall a few things that needed a lot of TLC. There wasn’t a shower curtain liner in 2nd floor bathroom, causing a strong mildew smell and leaking water. The beds did not have mattress pads and weren’t super comfortable/ older mattresses, There was a pillow with blood in downstairs bedroom. The toilet tissue holder was missing but there was a replacement still in the packaging on sink. The 3rd floor bathroom there was a new shower curtain sitting on sink. All of the remotes were mixed up and mismatched through the house. A couple of Roku devices missing pieces. Horrible quality tvs. Another con was this property has no beach equipment which several Destin rentals offer. No beach chairs, toys, or wagon. Not a deal breaker but will need to be budgeted for. Overall our stay was nice especially for a short trip and the price. The price does accurately reflect what’s missing in the home vs some of the other more luxury rentals in the area. If you want to stay for longer this may not be the most comfortable property unless you prioritize price.

Stayed Apr 18, 2025Having 6 rooms is an advantage for this accommodation. The location is just a few blocks walking distance to the beach. Ragan Downs is a very responsive and proactive host. We had fun and absolutely enjoyed our stay. Thank you!

Stayed Feb 26, 202512 adult men plenty of room to move around. Easy access to surrounding golf courses. Good food close by. Needed bedding for couch beds. We hope to get this house again next year and the next year. Loved access to pool and hot tub

Stayed Dec 27, 2024Perfect house for our big group of 2 families! Very clean. Location right across from the pool was awesome. Quick and easy walk to the beach. The beach is beautiful, white sand and clear water. Owner was so easy to communicate with. Highly recommend and would definitely stay again. Thanks for an amazing stay!

Stayed Nov 27, 2024The house and pool were very nice. The grand enjoyed the heated pool. The only problem was the televisions remotes didn’t work.
